Just had the security door handle fitted to my bedroom. Now firstly this is a solid bit of equipment, very sturdy and matches the other handles in my house. The downside, if you do not have a latch with holes in it then you will not be able to put the ha does on, secondly it was a struggle even for the workman that I hired to fit it. Later trying to sync it to my Bluetooth was not working. The bit that lost you a star, your online chat didn't work, there was nit a member of staff to contact, the instructions be it paper or online were not helpful. In the end my son being tech savvy managed to sort it on his phone. Now works perfectly. One thing thing to remember make sure someone is on the other side of the door when testing, as I locked myself out of my room. The handles do not work like the usual ones. I learnt that the hard way. All in all I'm happier now. This is an honest review from a customer.

Brought several door handles,for all the doors in our new property,3years ago; which was in need . Very prompt service and extremely helpful too.
Unfortunately, we are only now decorating our final room and have discovered screws are missing. So I emailed XFORT and had an immediate response! They’ll be sending out the screws asap. You can’t ask for a better service. Very happy with the product and 100% on service.

I was looking to replace a door knocker like for like. We had bought one from another supplier but found the fixtures to attach to the door are different. We found one on Xfort but dimensions were missing so I emailed them asking for them they replied within a few days which was good. However in the meantime I had gone onto Amazon and found the same Xfort Knocker but with dimensions! I bought this one. As a suggestion it's worth putting the dimensions on the Xfort website so not having to go to Amazon for them.

Its a simple gate lock is my application.
After sales is shocking. Email only.
Instruction leaflet on how to install, well let's just say good luck.
My carpenter who installed the lock was horrified at the lack of information on the instruction leaflet, very bad instruction leaflet wording, and not to mention the spelling. Information missing regarding components.
Please can I return my lock, and go with a different supplier. One that provides easy, clear, understandable, correctly spelt instructions, that includes all of the components in the instructions.

Absolute rubbish , don’t bother with them.
Aftersales help is particularly non existent!

Been waiting 2weeks for a reply on request as handrail brackets incorrectly sized in diagram prior to purchase. After a coiple days just returned to amazon for refund.
