He immediately sent me a replacement but I have yet to get it reinstalled. Haven’t had the time. Stay tuned!

UPDATE AUGUST 19, 2025. I had the replacement set installed properly again and unfortunately, im just getting the same result. Dark spot on the road on the drivers side and the passenger side beam goes way off to the right.
I’m wishing and hoping for a refund. Stay tuned. Even though the customer service was great, the product is NOT!

Stay away from Xenon Pro

Stay away from Xenon Pro, when it comes to customer service, there is no service you get stuck talking to a computer. All of their stuff is just cheaply made and when it comes to leaving a review, you cannot that’s why they have such good reviews. They filter out all of the honest reviews. When it comes to returning stuff, they make it impossible. I tried many times to return my stuff and instead they just kept sending me a new order. That’s how cheap it is. They would rather send you more sets of the same stuff you ordered rather than just give you your money back

Ordered wrong bulbs and support made it super easy

I had ordered led bulbs and installed them properly I had waited till it was dark to test them out and turns out they were horrible but apparently you shouldn’t use leds with projector headlights. Anyways I messaged the support and they were very quick to refund and exchange

Excellent Customer Service

Of course, I didn't read the instructions and fouled up the install and the lights would not come on. The CS Rep Kevin walked me through fixing my installation (backwards wires) and I was up and running in 15 minutes.

I ordered the Xenon Pro LED headlight…

I ordered the Xenon Pro LED headlight kit with decoder for my 19 BMW K1600 Grand America. They arrived in a timely manor on March 18, 2025. Installation was fairly easy but the led bulbs would not work with the decoder no matter which combination they were plugged in. Left numerous emails with no response after trying to reach them by phone and chat with no results. I even reached out through PayPal and still no response. Very frustrating to spend $180 on these lights and feel like they just walk away after the sale with no customer service whatsoever. Very disappointed with what I thought was a top notch company. Love and learn and read all the reviews first next time. Would not purchase from them again. It’s March 31st and still no response.

I received a call from Mike with Xenon today and he was very helpful in resolving my issue with the anti flicker module. He informed me that I don’t need it on my BMW motorcycle. Yay!!! Completely apologized for not getting back sooner as well as refunded the cost of the modules with a little something extra. Just verifying the setup with the LED bulbs would work properly was all I needed but he went above and beyond to make sure he met all of my needs in this matter. Would definitely buy from Xenon Pro again.

The worst

The worst. I ordered headlights and needed to return them. When I contacted them to make sure they received the item, they claimed they had the item and give it 14 days for a refund. Today is day 13, nothing yet. I follow up and lo and behold they can’t find it. When I finally provided the tracking number, why they need that I don’t know, they miraculously found the item but it was sent to accounting without a refund being processed. So even when they dropped the ball, I still can’t get a full refund, they take $30. This place is ridiculous when it comes to customer service. Definitely do not recommend.

Problems with them since the very…

Problems with them since the very beginning. Did not properly plug into factory sockets, they told me I had to just tape the connections. The factory plug has a seal that would keep water out if they would have fit the way they're supposed to. I've had them go out completely and dim on and off. They blame my truck for the constant problems. I can't even remember all the problems I've had. Even though they replace them I still have to pay for shipping, $35 or $40 everytime. It's funny that I never had problems with my lights until I installed Zenon Pro.

Kevin knows what he’s talking about!

Kevin really took his time, was patient and thorough with questions about my vehicles current headlight setup. I had contacted a different company and they had a quick answer that would have led me down the wrong path with I bet inferior products. Well I ordered a set of headlight bulbs…

Well I ordered a set of headlight bulbs from this place I used there online find your bulb put in my information and they sent them to me go to the dealership to have them installed they tell me there wrong you need 1bulb not two have online chat with the people at XenonPro they tell me there right I tell them there not request return here’s were it gets good I have to pay $17.00 dollars to return them then they charge me $30.00 restocking fee for there mistake WOW went to auto zone a guy hands the right bulb in 2 minutes so if I could rate them a zero stars I would what a JOKE and Rip-off ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
