I recently applied to a job through Xenial Consulting and I was really glad to collaborate with them to secure my new job. It went really smooth and there was no stupid questions, Tiggs and Natasha with whom I have been in contact, were very professional and listening to my concerns and requests. So i can say that they are people you can count on while securing a new job.

I first spoke with Tiggs shortly after Xenial Consulting was founded and was immediately impressed by his sector understanding and standards of professionalism. Tiggs kept in touch while I completed a 13 month FTC and was ready to support my job search as my contract ended. Tiggs quickly identified the perfect Financial Controller position and smoothly managed the interview and recruitment process, helping me to secure the position. Firstly, I was recommended to Tiggs at Xenial Consulting through an old and well respected friend who was an amazing Finance Director at a large company I worked for from 2004 - 2009. My friend said "if your going to use a finance agency, use this one, they won't disappoint" and he was absolutely right, as usual. I had a detailed conversation with Tiggs and then a Zoom to fully understand my needs. I was then sent 3 qualified candidates at differing levels which gave me a great understanding of what is available for what cost. One of the candidates was over and above what we were initially looking for, but after interviewing all three, we realised that this was the correct person for the job and Tiggs managed the negotiations and onboarding process seamlessly, efficiently and professionally. I can't recommend them highly enough.
