Since 2 years we get letters from…

Since 2 years we get letters from completely different streets. Important stuff: Rentenversicherung, Anwaltsschreiben, etc.

No complaint worked so far. The letters cant be returned in the normal post box and xendis does not have any boxes. Means, highly confidential information is lost or in worst case opened by strangers as the letter just lay on the floor.

In addition, also our letters, so the ones for our house are just dropped on the rainy floor. Completely soaked.
