Great customer service

I had issues with not getting my OTP but the team at Xeremote were fast and efficient in getting it sorted.

This is just a brilliant product and…

This is just a brilliant product and the customer service is equally exceptional.

The App works better on Android than IOS. On IOS, the onscreen keyboard stays on when you are capturing information and makes it rather hard to move to the next field.

I was able to complete the setup without any issues on Android, after getting stuck on IOS.

Paid for overnight delivery but it took…

Paid for overnight delivery but it took six days. I asked for a refund but I’ve heard nothing. This was the same when chasing the delivery. Very disappointed with your customer service!

Excellent customer service

I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received! Mathew was incredibly patient and helpful as he guided me through the setup process. I made an error during the setup {completely my fault}, but Mathew didn't miss a beat. He calmly and clearly walked me through the steps to fix the issue, ensuring everything was set up correctly. His expertise and supportive attitude made the whole experience stress-free. Excellent customer service! The system immediately highlighted the fact that my battery settings were incorrect, which by implication translates into less grid usage and an immediate saving on my electricity bill. First time I used the dongle, but has drained my battery twice during the evenings this weekend and on a farm, that is unacceptable...
I don't see much on the app that makes it suitable for me to pay monthly and can't set the Deye system, if I needed to. It did not give me a warning when Eskom was off and that was one of the reasons I bought the dongle. On a farm, the solar system must work perfect...

Refreshing customer service experience!

Brilliant overall experience! Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and installation was easy! Within 30 minutes of connecting the dongle and signing up, someone contacted me regarding an issue and rectified it, and this happened at 22:00! I am absolutely in love with it thus far!

Very happy

I just got my Sunshift dongle about a week ago, and I’m really impressed so far! Delivery was quick, and the installation was super easy—definitely not as intimidating as I thought.

I was hesitant to change my battery settings on my own, but Sunshift did it automatically, and I’ve already noticed a difference in how my system runs. Much more of my battery gets used and I can see im using way less grid.

I was worried about some of the settings that looked wrong so I messaged them on WhatsApp and Hanri responded very quickly with screenshots of my battery documentation and an explination to show the settings are exactly what is recommended.

I’m excited to see the difference in my next bill! Highly recommend for anyone with a solar setup!

Excellent Product & support

Mathew reached out to me via WhatsApp the moment I registered. I had an issue that my device could not be registered as the QR code was not being recognised as valid serial number. I notified Mathew of the issue via what’s app and even though it was late in the evening he generated a new QR code and was able to get the system running perfectly. I’m yet to see the full benefit of the product but so far seems to be working as advertised and expect great savings over the next few months.

Xemote SunShift

Delivery and communication from the company itself is great but there is a challenge with the inverter "Allow Remote" assistance being unticked after a period of time that renders the Xemote device to an monitoring function only. This is a Sunsynk firmware issue under review but means every day the inverter needs to be checked at the unit itself that the setting is still ticked. Not 100% how to move forward with the unit at this point.
