We are truly grateful for Jan’s help in becoming homeowners. We first met him during a webinar where he was the speaker about how to secure a mortgage, and his guidance has been invaluable ever since. Coincidentally, I didn’t even realize at first that I had already messaged him on Messenger two years ago! He was highly recommended on social media group that why I messaged him. Back then, I was just trying to gather ideas on how to secure a mortage. Looking back at our chat history, he was already so helpful.As everyone in the UK knows, buying a home can be incredibly challenging, but he made it all feel possible.
The entire process was very smooth, and he guided us through every step. His guidance didn’t end after completion, he is up until now ready to guide us and answer our concerns. He is always approachable, and you can ask him anything—he always gives the most practical and honest advice. It’s clear that he is genuinely willing to help and truly happy to see others become homeowners like him.
Our move-in date even came earlier than planned because he went out of his way to make it happen- which we are truly blessed! I guess it’s only him who could offer it. He is trustworthy and highly recommended. With his strong credibility among developers, legal team, and mortgage brokers, he can make things possible—and he has certainly proven that to us!
My only advice is: never hesitate to inquire. We were unsure at first and didn’t even know where to begin—but just look at where we are now! Getting a home this year wasn’t even in our plans; it was only a dream back then. Everything just fell into place, all thanks to Jan!

We got our key today. We were in a tough situation, being young and just starting to establish my life and career.
