XD support team is great! Quick response, offering solutions and following up. This team should be the overall standard. Furthermore, my new backpack is awesome.

Bought my first backpack in 2020 and was very happy with it.

This year I wanted something new, tried other bags and regreted it (at this price range you will never find a quality that matches XD Design).

Went back to buy from XD Design again

I received the Urban Expandable Sling with a minor defect, but the XD Design support team handled it perfectly. They were incredibly fast and professional, providing me with a replacement code and free shipping within 48 hours. Truly one of the best support experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

the purchasing process was pretty straightforward and easy so I was able to finish it quickly. One suggestion for improvement would be to enable buyer to enter company details for the invoice before the last step.

The product is good, but what really stands out is the customer support. After I received a damaged item and reported it, they reached out and offered either a refund or a replacement, which was promptly delivered free of charge. Hats off!

INITIAL REVIEW:
The delivery was fast but that’s about it. The delivery price is still unjustifiable - 12 euros for a zipper that can fit inside of an envelope!

The quality of said zipper is just bad. It has scratches and appears visibly damaged, although its hard to see due to the small size and a black colour. Overall very disappointed - I should have ordered a regular one on amazon or any other store.

I absolutely adore my Bobby Edge.

First of all, the ordering experience was quite good. I initially ordered a gray one that I ended up not liking, and returning it was not a problem. Very clear instructions, clear status updates.

Then I had accidentally made a double order for a white backpack, and the support was very quick to cancel it.

The backpack was well packaged, and I really love its layout, features and overall shape. I am coming from an original Bobby backpack from Kickstarter, and the Edge is an upgrade in every way.

And perhaps most importantly of all, on the 17th of October 2025 I was in a motorcycle accident, wearing the Bobby Edge with my laptop, ipad and other electronics. Now, I got off lightly with a broken knee, but the Edge has completely protected my electronics, they are perfectly fine, which was a huge relief, knowing I wouldn't have to pay for replacements on top of my medical costs.

Furthermore, the backpack itself barely shows any signs of wear after my fall. It still looks pristine, you wouldn't ever say it was in a motorcycle incident.

If I ever have to upgrade in the future, XD Design will certainly remain my first choice.

The support team is perfect. My lock was brokem, the team has sent me the new zipper locks right away. My Kudos to the team and I am happy to have switched from Jansen to ZD Design.

Just bought my second Bobby Urban! My first lasted from august 2019 till October 2025. After the zipper and the code lock had broken down, I absolutely wanted the same bag because of its functionality and design. Next time, I hope to be able to choose from more colours.

Good experience, however, I found out that the same item I purchased was cheaper on another local site. That's a pity.

Great product

The backpack is small but very practical.

It endures all kind of weight you can put inside.

It has many pockets inside so to arrange your luggage.

As far as the space is concerned, it is quite limited but well-organized and protected.

The design is great as well.

I recommend it to those who birng a laptop and other valuables with themselves.

Before that I had another one but a different model, and I used it for 5 years.

Unfortunately I had to return my new bag, as the internal organisation changed compared with my first one ordered in 2018.
I'm very happy with my first one and I had preferred to replace it as I use it every day and it starts to become dirty.
I have to find another supplier, as XD Design does not offer this perfect interior of the past.

Their new models of bags are incredible. I had their backpack for nearly 4 years and it was obviously due for a replacement due some defects. I contacted XD and even though it was out of warranty, they still assisted me. I love my new bag, it's awesome! Best bag I ever had.

Bought two new bags and got one of them for free because of an issue that I had with one older bag I bought in 2021. Thank you for that excellent customer care!
