It is a great service

It is a great service. My only complaint is that I had no ticket to board the bus and the driver brought me into the office in the airport to see that i was on the system. That was a bit stressful. The lady In the office emailed the tickets to me and everything was sorted.

Process for filing claim…

Process for filing claim straight-forward and relatively easy. Able to upload supporting documentation without difficulty. Now, I hope the processing and payment of my claim is as simple. thank you.
