Sunny was amazing

Sunny was amazing. I was tearing my hair out with Horniture. I had ordered a hoover which had got lost in transit. I couldn't ring or even submit a complaint as nothing on their website functioned effectively. Sunny was very efficient. Very understanding and organised me a full refund which was in my bank account the same day. Horniture are very lucky to have her.

Super Quick Response

Had a very pleasant experience with the @Xcotton team. Feige was my case handler and they were very quick in responding to my queries and providing satisfactory resolution. Feige was also respectful and considerate, and followed up until resolution.

WE LOVE CORA <333

I was helped by Cora regarding my package that FedEx delivered to the wrong address.. Through all the frustrations and back and forth with the company and FedEx, thinking i might not be able to get to a perfect solution,Cora was very helpful and positive throughout this ENTIRE process!! Everything was quick and smooth thanks to her!

First Class Customer Service

I highly recommend purchasing the shipping protection from xCotton. My electric piano was delivered with some damage. The customer service representative Bree from Xcotton did a first class job of resolving the issue. I really appreciated the promptness and the great communication. It was a job well done, thank you!

Great solution to damaged shipment!

Our shipment was damaged during transit and Xcotton really came through with an exceptionally acceptable solution to the situation! Communication was frequent and very easy to understand. I would use them again.
