While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This company made is seem like I can…

This company made is seem like I can cancelled my subscription but then say they didn't send my final cancellation email so continued to take money from me for 2 years after over £1000. For a company claiming to be ethical and antiexploitation they are exploitative of their customer base!

Cancelled during the free trial

Cancelled during the free trial. Went through the maze of canceling and still got charged for renewal. Cancelled again and it turns out they never sent me the cancellation email as the final step the first time around. Beware.

Dark Pattern during Cancellation

They use a deceptive dark pattern when you try to cancel your membership during the free trial period. After you have cancelled your membership on the website they will send you an extra mail to confirm that you really want to cancel (by clicking some greyed out button), and if you miss that they will charge you anyway. Essentially they try to steal your money because you have clearly already told them you want to cancel. Very bad and deceptive.
