I migrated to xCloud from Cloudways a few months ago and I've never looked back. It seems that every option and feature I had originally chosen Cloudways for exists on xCloud, many of them implemented in a better fashion, along with a whole bunch of options that don't exist on Cloudways WordPress hosting, including both local AND remote backups, theme and plugin management, full integration with Cloudflare (instead of needing to use an alternate hosting setup, in terms of how Cloudways works with Cloudflare), and the ability to contract with the hosting provider directly instead of through Cloudways. This allowed me to use Hetzner servers, AND lower my monthly cost by ~$40 while getting better performance than I had on Cloudways. The support has been excellent, and all my support tickets are gathered in a portal for reference. I can't say enough good things about xCloud, and I can't wait for Docker support, which is coming very soon. I would say, if you are considering using Cloudways, or if you already are, you should really take a good hard look at xCloud.

Couldn't be happier with xCloud! For the most part it just works, but when you have questions support is quick to help and very knowledgeable. There's pretty good documentation and they seem to support all the things you could wish for.

I have been switching my sites over to xCloud, and they have been fantastic. The best UI/UX I've ever used in the server world, and very slick setup. In addition, their pricing is amazing. And you'd think that this is too good to be true, and their support would suffer... nope. Support is amazing too.

I’ve tried quite a few self managed control panels over the years, including CyberPanel, Virtualmin, and others. While they look good on paper, I kept running into problems. I’ve had situations where auto backups failed and caused data loss, random errors that couldn’t be resolved properly, and in some cases the only option was to wipe and reset the entire server. It made managing my own server feel stressful and unreliable.

I started using xCloud a couple of weeks ago, and the difference was immediate. It’s by far the easiest way I’ve found to get a website live on your own server while still keeping full control. Everything is laid out clearly, and you’re not left guessing what’s happening behind the scenes.

Even in this short time, it’s already given me a lot of peace of mind. I can clearly see what’s going on through the logs, and if there’s any security related activity, I get alerted straight to my email. That level of visibility and reassurance is something I didn’t realise I was missing until now.

The interface is simple and intuitive, even if you’re not a hardcore sysadmin. Setting up sites, domains, SSL, backups, and security takes minutes instead of hours, and it just works without constant troubleshooting.

If you’re managing your own server, xCloud feels like a genuinely solid investment. It saves time, reduces risk, and makes self managed hosting feel calm and reliable instead of stressful.

I have been using xCloud to host all of my WordPress sites for about a year now. I am impressed with the range of services available and the support is both fast and reliable.

John. Wow! I had some issues setting up my server - all due to a typo! John was helpful and easy to work with, thankfully. Then, I couldn't login and he helped me out. Clearly I was not in the right mind today. Thank goodness for the support!

Also, the host is great so far - more on that later.

Better then expected! I've used many different panels over 25 years. Including cPane and others. But xcloud is by far my favorite. Easy to use, ABONTANT in features and the best part is they keep adding!! Tech support has also been great with a few minor things I've had on my end. A++

They hosted a video conference call to help identify some trouble I was having. We chatted a bit through support tickets first, then hopped on the call to help solve the issue.

The willingness to have a 15 minute video conversation really impressed me. I appreciate the help and support was great!

I started using xCloud nearly two years ago for my Wordpress sites. Now that they offer more and more other apps (n8n!), it's my main server platform. JUst upgraded my license. They are evolving very quick, and they have a very quick and kind support.
