Scammers who have no ethics or morals and all they care about is scourging a penny. Stay well away if you don't want to be scammed.I will be making complaints to as many regulating bodies as I can to investigate these low life animals.
This company was brilliant during our move, we felt with Lisa and she was so lovely helping us every step of the way, I would use this company again and I'd recommend them to everyone thinking of moving house.
Avoid - not diligent and probably fall foul of RICS and Property work guidelines / codes of conduct.

Xchange Properties came to value my property a few weeks ago. Both Michael & Jamie were incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the local area and gave me some amazing advice on how to add the finishing touches to our property to get it “market ready”. We will be launching our property in the next few weeks with Xchange and their communication has been outstanding throughout the process. We have also just received our marketing video, photos and twilight photos back for review and I am BLOWN AWAY!!!!! If I could leave 10 stars I would!!

Having sold 2 houses via Michael and his team I honestly can’t recommend XChange Properties enough! During my sale I had some issues with my solicitors yet Michael was always on the ball to let me know when they needed a chase! The guys at XChange really did have to go the extra mile to get my house over the line, which is where all their experience shined through and took a lot of the stress away from me. Sometimes I swear these guys work 24/7 as no matter when I called they answered and always made time for my enquiries. 10 out of 10 service all the way! I’m hoping this is going to be my forever home but if not I know who to call :)
