I received an INCORRECT product after…

I received an INCORRECT product after a LONG WAITING TIME. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
This is my worst shopping experience, I placed an order on May 29th, and after several communications with customer services due to not receiving the tracking number. I got a random pair of shoes that I hadn't ordered on June 26th (A month later). I have sent several emails to customer service with photos of what I received, and asking either for a refund or for swapping this shoes but I have not received a reply. The phone in the web is useless too.
