Reactive

I lost my ticket, and I sent a email to receive it again. One day passed and I finally chat with someone on the website chatbot because my concert was 2 days later.
The person answered very fast, she was reactive and she sent me my ticket after few minutes.
Very happy about the service, thank you!

I have to leave a message here. I had yesterday problems with buying tickets and the money was transfered without getting tickets.

The Support Team especially Maria helped me very Quickly to slove this issue.
