Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. As mentioned in previous emails, our products undergo extensive testing with H-NMR and HPLC analysis methods to ensure quality.
We offered you a partial refund and requested additional information, such as the batch number of the product, to investigate the issue further. Unfortunately, you declined to provide this information. We understand that products may sometimes not meet personal expectations, but this is separate from the quality of the product itself.

What an amazing team and amazing products, I have been dealing with these guys for a few years now pre Covid and again post Covid and they never fail to amaze me.
