First they hike prices up by 50% plus, way in excess of inflation and reduce what rewards etc you get but today xbox live has been down for 16 hours and seems microsoft do not care anc will not offer any compensation for us losing a day that we paid for.

In last few years microsoft have shown how little they care now for us customers and only care about profit lines, its not the customer fault that microsoft spent too much money on buying other companies yet it is us customers who suffer.
Seems lying to the uk monopoly commission and customers that when buying blizzard, prices and services would not suffer..... MICROSOFT LIED.

Terrible platform. For multiplayer option not only you need to buy a game, but also subscribe monthly in the XboxLive platform. UX of multiplayer is getting worse and worse from one year to another.
