SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!

I paid $800 for what was advertised and sold to me as a custom human hair wig. What I received was not human hair -- it was fully synthetic. It also SET ON FIRE when heat was applied.

From the moment I opened the package, the wig had an overwhelming fish-like chemical odor that was honestly one of the worst smells I've ever experienced. It was immediately obvious this was not real human hair and not what I paid for. The texture, behavior, and quality were completely inconsistent with human hair, let alone a "custom" product at this price point.

Selling a synthetic wig while labeling it as human hair is misrepresentation, plain and simple. An $800 "custom" item should meet basic standards of quality, hygiene, and honesty -- this did not meet any of those expectations.

This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful, and I would strongly caution others to be very careful before purchasing from this company. What was delivered did not match what was promised or paid for.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUPPLIER.

I’ve been in the hair industry for 13 years and I’ve never experienced service like this.

I ordered hair that was guaranteed to be high quality — it shed, tangled, and did NOT match the standards I was promised. I gave the vendor multiple chances to resolve it. Instead, they prolonged the conversation for over a month, knowing the 30-day refund window would expire — and now they are ignoring me completely.

They’ve been unprofessional, refused to take accountability, and are ignoring all follow-ups. I’m now stuck with product I can’t use and a $315 loss.

If you’re a serious business owner — avoid this vendor. They’ll leave you hanging once they get paid.

I brought hair from this company August 1st,2023. I found the company through instagram. I bought 2 u part wigs, body wave and kinky straight texture.The shipping was fast but, the hair was horrible. It had a weird, chemical smell. I reached out back to the company on instagram informing them about the smell. They left me on seen. Do not waste your money. Also the smell becomes more potent once heat is applied. None of the the hair can hold a curl as well.

I have been ordering hair from XBL hair for years and I've always had a great experience with their straight or loose wave hair. This time I purchased a 32 inch 13x4 frontal water wave wig and I was very disappointed! The hair sheds uncontrollably and it doesn't hold the curl at all no matter how many products you use the hair is very bushy & tangled once it dries. Do not purchase water wave wigs from them I would recommend straight or loose wave hair.

This was my first time ordering a wig from XBL Hair, Shipping was super fast! My hair arrived in 2 days! The hair is good and soft! I will be shopping again!

Everything was exactly what I expected! Shipping was fast and I got updates throughout. Hair quality never disappoints and very very affordable!

Just received the hd lace front wigs from xbl, by far it is the best lace frontal wig ever. I absolutely love the parting space on this unit. This is the first wig that ever fit my entire head and I have a big head. If you are looking for a wig that fits perfect on larger heads this is it. This wig also bleached quick and the hair can be curled with no problem. The straight look is also a bomb look. Must buy!!

This unit is everything you want. I love shopping off of XBL Hair for inexpensive wigs, and this is the first one that I truly love. The softness and texture of the hair is amazing. There is little to no shedding, and it's not the fullest and best density, but you definitely get more than what you paid for. The installing has a lot to do with how the wig will turn out but, as a beginner hair stylist, I was able to make it look very natural. I would say with the proper care, this wig can last for a long time again, with proper maintenance. I would definitely recommend purchasing this unit as it beginner
