I have my thirs BMW now and one time re-purchased the stege xhp modules for the second car.
Now for the third, I asked to implement the license for my new car, since two times purchased already, and the team from xhp transmitted the license key this time completely!
This is one of the best individual support services I have received!

Just tested the new update for the windows application and finally now is possible to work on the G series with the ENET cable
Extremely disappointing customer service. I requested a license transfer after trading in my G20 for a G80 at an authorized BMW dealership. I clearly explained that the dealership uninstalled the software due to legal requirements for re-inspection and a factory reset. Despite this, xAutomotive—specifically their representative "Martin P."—refused to assist. I even offered to provide documentation proving the trade-in, but they showed zero interest and made no effort to help. Save your money—this is not a company worth dealing with.
Very helpful support team, as i had to transfer my license to another transmission because car was RWD now converted to Xdrive. Support was on point. Explaining everything needed to be done before and after.

From purchase to tuning, no issues whatsoever. Recently had a engine tuning issue caused by MHD which Christoph at xHP was able to help me discover. It was nothing relating to xHP however they were fast, informative, and nice in regards to my issue. Also the transmission tune when my car was working, was incredible. Much better and very much needed if you are running an engine tune.
