Damn!! This is such a lovely company!! Like absolutey fantastic, we need more stars to really give them what they deserve!!
I was introduced to this product by my health conscious friend, she was concerned with my consumption of energy drinks; (I'm a mum to 2yo who still doesn't sleep through the night and don't I know it!).
My partner decided to buy some after I sent him the link and he ordered us two boxes. The only problem with the delivery was that we had to wait till the next day 😂 It was processed so fast and delivered the following day. Inside we have the boxes we ordered and several tester sachets to try! Needless to say we loved our selected flavours but developed a craving for the cranberry imparticular! A few days later I opened an account myself and ordered two more boxes, then I received a 50% off so bought four more 🤭 we must have the biggest selection going at this point, always arriving with more tester sachets.
Unfortunately we opened some watermelon and had 4 that seemed to be compromised with water so they'd hardened. At the price of the boxes and having bought 3 watermelon packs of 60 if we ended up throwing ever other one away it would have totaled up. I decided to take a photo and write a message on the contact us page of the website asking if we could refund/exchange as we didn't know how many were affected.
I got the NICEST reply back from someone called Jacob. He was really friendly and professional, he apologised and asked for the pictures and order number so he could arrange a replacement. We sent the photos over with all the info and asked if it was possible if we could swap it for a cranberry as it's a new favourite. He said no problem - bearing in mind their head office is in AUSTRALIA so he was 12 hrs ahead of us!
Jacob got the replacement done for next day delivery! Upon opening he had sent cranberry AND watermelon!! A whole other 60 pack! And of course, lots of tester sachets as always!
This company is so great and so lovely too. I don't want to say it's because they're Australian but damn, the service from start to finish has been FANTASTIC. We are now dedicated customers and have completely been able to cut out energy drinks!
