Where to start i went here after being accused of numerous things even tho it was myself that brought it all to light all I can say is that Simon did a fantastic job and helped me prove I was innocent after the results came back with the eye detector test even tho the person in ? Still tried to pull the wool over peoples eyes evidence is fact and fact is the truth so that’s all I needed thank you and I recommend you in the job you do 👍🏻

Customer service here is absolutely second to none. I asked for a trace and then found the subject online myself and they refunded me! Most agencies would have kept the money and I even said they could keep it but they insisted on refunding me! Would absolutely recommend and would be my first choice if I need a private investigator again

Very very happy with this company and the lie detector eye scan test. Results within minutes which was helpful also need to point out how understanding Simon is a really great man he didn’t have to listen to my problem but did and took all of it on board I felt like he was such a genuine guy. An assignment that was a little different than the norm. Retrieval of valuables at Manchester Airport. Airports are unorganized at best and X Three persevered and for hours and actually retrieved valuables for me that are now on their way back to me in the US.

Really great service, we paid a competitive rate for a Lie Dectector test to settle a dispute between me and my partner. He managed to get us in quickly and delivered the results same day, Happy to say the test was accurate and delivered the desired results

The test was conducted professional and in a timely manner. The gentleman facilitated the test was flexible and I would highly recommend. There was no questioning the results after completion as it is not possible to forge or navigate the the truth.

I asked Simon to trace a relative's address. I paid a competitive fee in advance, at this point one always wonders will I be wasting money. However I was told if the trace was unsuccessful then 75% of the fee would be returned to me. The result was a success and the report back to me was detailed, quick and professional, as was in my view the service a received from Owl Investigations. I have no hesitations in highly recommending them.

I would recommend this company to anyone, they are quick, understanding, good value for money, photos are very good, they get the job done no fuss. I'd use them again.
