Michael was great and helped us choose every detail for our bathroom!

From the moment I entered the Barendrecht showroom, I was acknowledged by the personnel with a smile and good morning but given the time to first look around. After that, I was helped by a very friendly but professional sales person who helped me with all my questions & my bathroom items. She also walked with me to the items I wasn't sure about so I could see what they actually looked like which made me feel confident with what I had selected. All-in-all, I was happy and felt less stress than I had expected.

Staff is so helpful and knows the products.

More than I expected! Great experience

Superb customer service. Some of the best I've had in the Netherlands so far. Michael was so solicitous and helpful that we had our minds set after talking to him.

I can't talk for the other employees, but if you see Michael there, go talk to him!

The bathroom furniture is nice, but it arrived damaged. I requested a new one, but I received drawer fronts instead for me to assemble myself. One of the reasons I had bought this was to not have to assemble anything, just mount it on the wall.
On top of that, the replacement drawers were even more damaged. The 2nd replacement drawers which arrived a week later were also damaged.
At this point I didn't want to stack any more damaged replacements in my house, I only wanted compensation for receiving a damaged product. I was told by customer service to talk to the delivery company if I wanted to request compensation. This was a completely rude and ignorant comment. I did not purchase this item from the delivery company, correct?
It's X2O's responsibility to find a proper delivery company that will handle their products in a good way, or at the very least, use proper packaging (if the damage indeed happened during transportation).
In the end, the 3rd replacement parts that were sent were actually in a good condition this time, otherwise there would have been real problems. It looks like they took extra care with these ones. Different transport company and there were inspection stickers on the packaging, things that could have been done weeks before, with the 1st replacements.
But between waiting weeks for replacements, stacking useless pieces of wood in my house, receiving snarky comments from the customer service and having to assemble things myself risking damaging the product. Not a nice experience.
I won't buy anything else from this store.

I received differnt product than that i ordered, I have installed this WC today only , but found out the seat cover was different , Please fix this , i wil also go to the X2O store to rectify the issue ,
