I have been using Supergrok since February and it only gets harder to generate content that I like. Yes 60% of us are here for the nudes. So you figure they would accommodate us? No, the moderation system is chaotic. What went through yesterday won't go through the next day in video. And sometimes it will go through a few days later. You scratch your head wondering what criteria they are using if any. There are some days I waste many generations to only get 3 results. It's absurd given how well the model does handle nudity and yes human functions, when the moderation doesn't waste your time. I canceled my subscription and won't be back, and will seek something a lot more stable.

This company charged me $30 for no reason. I’ve sent five emails to dispute this, but the result is zero—no one is getting back to me. For a company of this size, it’s shameful to take people's money without cause and then completely ignore them.

I wanted to like x.ai but the usage limit is way too small It stops you from using the service properly and that makes it feel unreliable and not worth it

Ghosted me when I asked for a refund immediately after buying. Don't deserve customers.

This product is sold with a 30 day guarantee, however when you decide it is not suitable and ask for a refund, guess what you hear absolutely nothing from them.
I have now notified my card suplier who will be reversing the transaction
