Ordered this product speciffito clean my oven door as shown in the add. My oven door is not that dirty and the product did not do as claimed. Grease was still on the door after 2 attempts to clean it. I will use what I have of the product bu probably won’t repurchase

My X-All odyssey
After seeing a video ad on YouTube, I decided to go "economy"; if the product worked well, as I hoped it would, I wanted the best price possible. After trying one tablet, I found the product was not as advertised; I tried the cleaner on old bathroom mold, didn't touch it; tried it on old water stains, again didn't touch it; then I tried it on baked-on grease, and only with considerable "elbow grease" using a wire brush did I manage to get some of it off. My odyssey really began with the refund request. I requested the product return address multiple times (as per the X-All return policy), only to be told that maybe I hadn't used the product correctly, and then made a "special offer" for additional products without further cost, when all I wanted was to get a refund and be done with it. After more than a week of back-and-forth emails, I was assured the refund would be processed. At the end of it, I paid $11.87 for using one tablet (each package comes with 5) and $11.83 for shipping (though the purchase receipt clearly shows $10.95 charged shipping cost) and ultimately told I could keep the rest of the purchase, no need to return the unopened packets. Based on my experience, it's your choice whether to proceed with a purchase of what I think is at best an average cleaning product.

Do Not Buy – Unauthorized Charges and Deceptive Practices
I made one single purchase on 2/27 to try this product. I did NOT sign up for a subscription.
After reviewing my bank statements, I discovered repeated unauthorized charges from X‑ALL. In March, I was charged $20.47. On 4/27/26, I was charged $20.47 again, plus two additional charges of $89.61 and $60.37 — all without my consent or approval.
That totals $190.92 for cleaning tablets. Again, I would never knowingly spend that amount for a cleaning product, nor would I agree to a recurring subscription that was never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. I have put a stop payment on this company and disputed these charges through my bank.
This experience feels deceptive and misleading, and customers should review their bank statements carefully after ordering. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.

Great product but pricey
As stated... it's a tad pricey for the cleaning applications it will provide. I liked the product and it's effectiveness but people on a budget or lower income could not afford this.

It was very easy to order these eyeglass wipes on-line. And I received them in a short amount of time. I really like the wipes...they are as good as advertised.

I brought this all purpose product…
I brought this all purpose product hoping that it would help clean my oven as I saw in the advertisement. Unfortunately, it worked marginally taking off some of the grease but the grime remains even with scrubbing. It’s very disappointing as well as very expensive. Almost $25 for five tabs. I would never recommend this product.

This stuff came very fast it didn’t matter because the stuff doesn’t work. As soon as I got it I tried it on my oven door it remove anything. Then I tried it on my cooktop the grease spot that was there is still there. Do not waste your money on this product it doesn’t work.
