Total Scam!!!!! It shipped from USA so therefore a duty was charged on top of the overpriced product which did not perform as claimed. I could not get into my account to cancel the monthly subscription (which I did not sign up for) Customer service assured me that it was cancelled but not before another shipment was sent. (this is how I found out about the monthly subscription) I could not stop it as it has "already shipped" I did not want to take a chance that the subscription was cancelled so I cancelled my credit card.

Beware if not satisfied!
This was ordered in error so i requested a refund stated if not satisfied within 30 days.
* In addition to the $19.95 purchase, I paid $4.95 for shipping plus tax.
However, to return the item, they do not offer a Pre-Paid Return Shipping label for Returns.
* Against my refund was deducted $5.39 shipping (more than I paid), plus;
* $4.95 Restocking fee
But was not refunded the tax I paid!

It does not work. and your ad is very deceptive. I used it on my oven door and stove top didn't clean either one.
Keep your money and use soap and water with viniger.
Wish I had not trusted the internet ad waste of MONEY lesson learned.

The package came in good time with no issues. But your product just doesn't work. Both for the toilet and the spray liquid. They spray bottle is lousy, as it doesn't spray, but just leaves streams. Very disappointed.

This product did NOT perform as promised. The bottle leaked constantly from the nozzle. Their customer service representative suggested that I add vinegar to the water since their miracle cleaner alone isn’t capable of performing as advertised. I requested a full refund, not going to hold my breath. A complete fraud.

The shopping was easy. Rhe priduct is no goid. It doesnt work, not even a little. I asked for a refund and I get told I have to except a credit on future buying of products I don't want. A refund means I get my money back not you keep my money and make me buy something else.
