Great product. The delivery was a bit delayed but I think this was due to the courier provider rather then the company itself.

They send by quick delivery (Royal Mail 1-2 days and signed) and the product was as described. It would have been helpful if it also advised how long dispatch from the warehouse to Royal Mail took. Total delivery time was about 6 days.

I ordered a game and they took the money when it was out of stock. When I tried cancelling they fully ignored me and still ignoring me. I emailed them 4 times and still no response. I will be asking my bank to reclaim my money back.

In a shock to nobody who has seen other reviews......order cancelled eight days after placement, no stock. No answer to emails prior to this.
Only plus was refund was immediate.

I ordered a Switch Lite Carry Case from here. It said I would receive my order in 1-5 working days. After about 5 days had passed I started thinking why haven't I gotten a dispatch email yet? I then brushed it off and thought they must not send one and its already been shipped. And then today, 1 week after ordering, they emailed me to tell it was cancelled. Reading other reviews, I can only assume it was cancelled as it was out of stock. If this were the case, why was it available to purchase in the first place and why did it take a week to cancel instead of on the day?

Where is my order?
It has been more than a week and haven't received my order although it was mentioned 1-5 shipping days. Neither the online tracking is working nor the customer services answer

I ordered a Asus ROG STRIX ARION LITE M.2 NVMe SSD Caddy which was well flagged as being on stock when I purchased it, only for them to cancel the order a day later, saying there's no stock, as others had the same experience with this useless company, no wonder then .... but I would keep away from using them if the reader is someone like me who values their own time, because these people definitely do not treat people seriously

Never heard of this company before but I took a chance and I have to say they delivered, I will definitely be using them again.

Purchased a PC power supply for £139.99. They cancelled it a few days later claiming they had no stock. Checked on their website a few minutes later: The same power supply was still on sale, but they'd bumped up the price to £169.99.

Avoid.

Edit: To put the icing on the cake, they then tried to flag this review as illegal/hate speech.
