What a wonderful discovery in MHS. I love the fact that natural fibres are used. I am not a fan of viscose etc, especially in the heat of the summer. Wonderful easy to wear designs. A big plus were the two cheerful and knowledgeable staff. I will be back.

Unfulfilled order. Uses an IT selling system that allows overselling of product and then fails to deliver the item. Also very slow / poor customer communication, only informed a week after the order was placed and it failed to arrive. Surprising given the high prices.

I always prefer to visit the Kings Road store in London. It has the best stock and nicest staff! I go in so often they actually now know me by name! Today was nothing short of exceptional service - I had a return and no questions asked, immediately refunded me and it was quick easy and seamless.
I am a massive fan of WYSE and prefer to buy in shop (because I save on postage and I get immediate satisfaction by being able to take the items home and wear them!) as I find the experience so much nicer and I want to also support clothing shops.

A lovely addition to Edinburgh’s shopping
What a lovely addition to Edinburgh’s shopping experience. I was so impressed with the service, quality and choice of clothes. Lois who helped me made me feel welcome and relaxed. For once I didn’t feel like I was being judged. She guided me through options and sizes in a non-pressured way. Having just gone in for a look I ended up purchasing a pair of jeans, a shirt and over jumper all of which I’ve worn quite a bit and have been complimented on. Please make this shop not just a pop up woman like me living in Edinburgh need a shop like this with staff like Lois who are supportive and understanding of what women need.

The clothes are beautifully designed with fabulous attention to detail- they are always made with beautiful fabrics and the fit is always perfect. The are not fast fashion but clothes you buy to last - yes they are expensive but worth ! Orders are always dispatched quickly
Orders are always dispatched quickly, and returns are fairly simple now I’ve got the hang of the new system. The clothes are good quality, however there is one little niggle, the labels! So itchy and scratchy, that I’ve cut them out of all my purchases, such a shame! I do think some of the blouses are too expensive, especially the double gauze. Me and Em do the same for £75-125!
