The operator was helpful
The operator was helpful and clearly explained why my application had stalled. It turns out that although I had completed all the required information, I had not clicked “Submit.”
In the past, I did receive emails prompting me to complete my application via provided links, but unfortunately, those links did not work. This made it difficult to resolve the issue independently.
I am disappointed that this could not be resolved through email support, as I ultimately had to make an expensive international call to the United States just to understand what was happening.

They are holding back my check and refusing to release my mail. Stay away from this company.
They told me I need to upgrade to a more expensive subscription to receive my own mail, but when I tried to do that, their system failed and would not process the payment. Support admitted the issue had to be escalated to their tech team and gave me a case number.
So now they are keeping my property while hiding behind a broken system they cannot even fix themselves. Completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
