Fraud

Have been waiting almost a year for my product, despite being guided 18-20 weeks when I purchased. Seller is unresponsive and when she responds she always has a new excuse. Haven’t been able to get a refund or chargeback. Haven’t heard from the seller for 4 months. Can only class this as fraud

Do not order from this creator! She is running a scam!

I originally placed an order of multiple items on 30/4/2024. I received a shipping number that could not be tracked through NZpost After multiple attempts to make contact and follow up on my order I was told it was ‘lost’ and that she would remake this on 8/11/24, after multiple follow ups again I was told that this was dropped off to the post office again on 14.2.25 and provided a new tracking number. I have followed up this tracking number with NZ post to again be advised they have not received it yet.

It had been over a year of waiting for these goods, I was expecting a turn around time of 8 weeks as noted on the website at the time I placed my order. After more than 12 months I did not have my Items and again I was further ignored when attempting to get an update it was not until I threatened the ACCC that I was refunded almost instantly. This experience took the magic out of my first son’s nursery it sat empty with no decor because I put my trust in the wrong creator. Stay far far away from this company. I wish there were reviews when I originally had of ordered it would have saved me $$$ and so much unnecessary stress from my first postpartum experience.

The owner is full of lies. Sends track and trace numbers without sending the product. Total waste of time.

After 6 months of waiting I asked where my order was she said it was ready and would send it asap and was just waiting on box’s, then a month later,says she took it to the post office, sent me track and trace numbers, a month later, should be with me next week, this went on for a further 4 months. I told her after 8.5months to give me a refund. To her credit she did but she also said please expect the mobile this week as a free gift due to the hassle. A month later I emailed her (today) she never sent it cause I didn’t reply saying thank you so she didn’t think I appreciated the offer.. like what? Sorry if I wouldn’t believe it until I saw it after 10 months of lies. Then I put a respectful but honest review like the one I have written here and she blocked me from her page and likely deleted my comment so no one can see what she is doing and I can’t respond to whatever lies she shares next. She is rude, unprofessional and running a dodgey business. Since this review she has emailed me telling me to get my facts straight, disputing the timeline, awful and harassing behaviour.

We ordered a mobile and expected it…

We ordered a mobile and expected it within 14-16 weeks. Never came. Reached out to the seller, never answered. Received a bulk email stating personal issues and orders are still being worked through, but encouraged customers to contact bank for a refund given she didn’t have the money. Promised she’d reply back to those still willing to wait (we waited 4 more weeks after emailing to advise we’d wait), no response again.

After we filed chargeback and claimed fraud, all of a sudden she begins to reply…ironic. Stay far away.

Never got item and extremely rude seller

Ordered mobile back in April 2024. Never received item after 10 months and when emailed to ask for a refund seller was very aggressive and rude. Got my refund but was not a nice experience.
