Variety and good quality of materials

Very tasty, healthy and a great variety of meals. Highly recommend it!

I don't want to leave bad review, because it seems that service is quite good. However to use it longterm by longterm I mean a year or more it needs to improve the food.

The food is good but with time eventually you start to want something else.

Also when you choose certain menus, you cannot adjust it and sometimes its a little bit not to your taste, however in the menu where you can choose there are no such dishes.

But overall i can recommend this service.

So happy with the service. Tasty healthy meals are prepared daily. I don't have to cook, clean, or go grocery shopping. It is incredible.

Dilivery guy mixed up packages. Company did not provide any solution for that. The problem was just postponed and then ignored.
Inconsistency in sets. Content of the sets on weekend was terrible. Defrosted semi-finished products is not what I want to see in my diet.

The food quality is good. The order process is flexible and easy to do it by English-speaker.

I received the same snack twice, the food is mostly good, but some dishes are not my cup of tea. Also the price is a bit too high.

The lunch oftently difficult to eat , would prefer to have selection - options for lunches and / or info how it’s cooked and what is included / excluded. So maybe I could improve it at home by adding something (maybe there no salt ?)or select from diabet menu more standard option for lunch from normal menu . As for example some even naggers were dry and hard to say why . Is it something the way it cooked for diabet people or other problem . Also some chicken with pineapple was too sweet so can’t eat it .
For those who have pre-diabet and should not suffer that much maybe possible to order lunch from more standard menu .
All other food are good .

2 of 4 meals include the bell pepper. it is non sense. why i'm not complaning "oh, too much beef here today".

i already raised this question. i left an email message describing this problem, i left a public feedback explaining the problem.

and, i imagine it was this way, the person, who answered, with a smile on her/his face just says: we can do nothing, i hope next few days there will be less bell pepper. 2 OF 4 MEALS HAVE IT. what a hell. i payed ±550$ to get the ready diet where i throw away 50% of the food. 200$ just in a trash bin? seriously?

1)I like it. But I like to order on Friday for a week and pay on Friday and if I don’t answer the call my diet will start not from Monday but from Tuesday.

Sometimes you call and I can’t answer and finish working too late to call you back and so my diet starts one day late. I would suggest sending sms and so I can answer without delay.

2) Also, I don’t like some products. If it is possible to exclude it from my diet would be great

Wake up and you already have all food under the door for the whole day. I really like the service, still tasting all the different "diets" presented on site and never disappointed.

It would be good to have separate packaging for breakfast and lunch to make it easier to reheat

It seems that every time I use your service, the first order (at least) is screwed up by the delivery people costing me money eating out and gets me fatter. I use other services like Capt Cook with zero problems. The customer service is always good on email but I am still stuck without food at times.

Some dishes are a bit too extravagant for me. Also I am used to eating more meat. But in general it's healthy and tasty. Out of 5 meals a day only one might be something I won't finish. That's why 4 stars)
