Given my experience, I want to warn other people to think before buying from this web shop. I have seen reviews in which people state that the quality is lower, but that the prices are also lower than in other web shops. And then they give them a good rating :)

The products I bought had no or very little active ingredient. They were not on any discount, except for the quantity discount. I sent them an email with this remark, they replied that I should send them the laboratory results.
I think they should focus on quality and dosage, and not just lowering prices. This way I am free to say that ZZZZZAP. NL web shop from which to avoid buying.
I think it is also important to add that there were several people in the laboratory and we all confirm the finding that there was no or very little active ingredient in the products of the aforementioned web shop.

I made my first 2 orders this month. In my 10 years of dealing with RC website's I've honestly never dealt with a more professional company. I ordered to Ireland and both packages arrived in 5 working days. The products came in blister packs as opposed to just bags of loose pellets as I'm used to that over the years. Both products are top notch and when you email these guys they respond quickly and politely. There was also a free deck of cards in the box when I opened it lol.

This is in response to my earlier review of 3/5. Following a package consistently seized by customs.
The issue was resolved by previous is no longer to be taken into account. The supplier is legit and carries heavy stuff.

They are back in top condition, 2 orders this month and absolutely satisfy.

Order came fast, good quality. Was scared to order at first but now I'm glad I did. Good pricing!!!!!!!

I wrote a 1* review on Friday but after resolving the problem - I though Zzzap sent me wrong product - and as I was disappointed that my fav vendor would do something like this I was upset and wrote bad review. The product is a little different as they have stocked up and this morning I discovered it's actually it, just in a different form. Bert was really nice to me, I was expecting some rudeness like other vendors. I never had to speak to the customer service in over a year so I didn't know what level their customers service is. (It's 5* btw).

Today I have made quite a few orders from Zzzap nl, and I can only speak well of this store, their products are good, communication is also good and they have not failed me in even one order, which is already quite a few. I hope they continue like this.

Sometimes some products are of lower quality than expected. I bought 2MMC powder and it did not have the expected effect, the other products were of the quality I expected. I will continue to buy from this store, but I will only give 4 stars because they do not deliver to Greece

I got the product that I was looking for. The tracking system they used looked dodgy and I was sure for a second that I got scammed. The shipment was delivered and I had a lovely time.
