You'd have to look a long way to find the equivalent of lousy customer service.
I bought a few Zwilling products, where one of them resulted in a "free gift" (a vacuum wine sealer) if I signed up to newsletters and registred my product.
The gift never arrived, so I wrote Zwilling asking what had happened, to which they responded they didn't know, but they would send the wine sealer again.
Same thing, nothing happened and they again agreed to send a new wine sealer.
This little "game" went on for a few rounds.
Now after 4 months they have decided to give me a 5€ gift card to their web shop, since they did realized how stupid the whole back and forth was, since they clearly didn't know how to send out a wine sealer.
However the code does not work and it does not include the 8-9 € shipping. So what a gift!
The gift of being able to use more money on their products.
