Awful Customer Service

to be honest: it‘s a fun product. Surely not top notch quality bone conduction headphones but they worked well enough for cycling. The annoying part is their customer service… I sent an enquiry for spare part frame. Although I received an answer within one day stating the price and asking for the shipping address, it now has been 5 months after I sent them the details… no answer whatsoever. Just sent another reminder but don’t have high hopes

I will never buy anything from zungle

I will never buy anything from zungle. I helped back them when they started on kickstarter and never received my sunglasses. They had manufacturering delays then shipping problems and my product never made it me. So I pretty much paid 150 for product I never got to use. After reaching out to them they agreed to refund me but after giving them my payment info they never returned any of my messages and I never got my refund. So their customer service is terrible too. Don't waste your money on this company

Not worth the asking price.

Bought a pair of the confusingly-named "World Fit" Viper V2 glasses, only to find that the bone conduction drivers barely made contact with my temples at all, greatly diminishing sound quality. I then ordered a pair of the "Asian Fit" glasses to see if those would fit any better, only to find that they had exactly the same issue. I decided to return one pair and keep the other, only to discover that the "returns" button on the website brings you to an error page. I tried emailing the company directly, but all my emails went unanswered. After two weeks and several attempts to contact Zungle directly, i finally managed to get in touch with their distribution partner, who kindly send me a return label. Unfortunately, Zungle still wouldn't respond to my emails, even after i confirmed with FedEx that they received and signed for the return. I ended up having to open a dispute with my credit card company, which is still ongoing because Zungle *still* doesn't want to issue a refund for the pair that i returned.

As for the glasses themselves, as stated earlier the sound quality suffers because the drivers just barely make contact with your head. I've been using them for over a month now, and i find that the volume doesn't get loud enough for me to be able to hear them at all in loud environments, while sound leakage is so bad that in quiet environments *everyone nearby* can hear them. The battery only seems to last for 3 hours under constant usage rather than the advertised 4, and the flimsy plastic hinges give me serious doubts about how well they will hold up over time.

In my opinion, given the poor build and sound quality, these really aren't worth more than $50 at most. Overall, i would recommend passing on these and spending the extra money for a pair of Bose Frames instead.

Do not buy this product

Do not buy this product, I bought the viper during the black Friday sale about a year ago, and it arrived broken. I had tried to get a hold of their customer service immediately, but they never answered. So now I wasted around 200dollars on broken sunglasses

Zungle Viper junk !

I ordered the zungle viper during the black friday 2020 event, they were 50% off, sounded good . As I live overseas their tracking number through their web site did not work (protocol error), sent some emails to get a tracking number and I received an answer from them when Fedex called me that my parcel has arrived ! :(
Ok great got them !
Worked and fit great at the beginning and then in less than 1 month the branch's support begun to decay ! I have never seen that in my entire live even with cheapest brands I bought, for this kind of product in this price range they should last a little while !
I am really miticulous regarding my stuff, they did not fell, always in a protective bag when not wearing them....
I have sent several emails with no answers, their support is a real crap !
People don't buy that brand, stay with majors you will save some money !

Don’t buy their products

Don’t buy their products. Sounded good in theory but it was a well presented lie. That and dealing with customer service is a nightmare

I agree with most of the aforementioned…

I agree with most of the aforementioned reviews. These
glasses took much longer than I was told they would take to come, the excuse was Covid. When I tried them I was very disappointed with the sound-My Son, and Wife have Bose which are MUCH better. I have tried to return them-get an R.M.A. number as described on their web-site, and there is absolutely no response. No
phone #, and no way to get in touch with anyone. DO NOT BUY! If you want this type of sunglasses buy Bose. I had watched some YouTube videos that seemed
to think they were good. But they are not!!! I hope you
listen to this advice if you are tempted to buy.

Waited over 6 months and still not…

Waited over 6 months and still not glasses. Decided to cancel and get a refund, but guess what? It’s been almost a year and there’s no refund. Zungle is a scam. Highly recommend you to leave ASAP. Trash service.

Frauds! Don't buy!

Frauds! Bought the glasses and they stopped working after 5 months. Simple warranty case even according to their own service scheme. Have been emailing with them for over 3 months and seems that they're going out of business since they are not complying with any laws. I have a very expensive piece of heavy plastic that doesn't work. DON'T BUY A ZUNGLE!!!!!!!

Made of very cheap plastic

I was very excited for these sunglasses but they seem to be made of very cheap plastic. I have had mine less than a year (only worn a few times as they slide off my face often). I went to put them on yesterday and the plastic hinge snapped right off; and the Zungle support team won’t answer my emails. Very disappointed and upset.

A product that seems promising.

It took me a few months to get my pair of viper v2s. I ordered the white pair, but had to switch to the black pair if I wanted my sunglasses to come in sooner rather than later. Anyways, after having them for a few weeks, I can say that these leak the audio so bad its actually annoying. If the volume is to low, you cannot hear anything. If the volume is too high, everyone around you can hear it. When you can hear it, you can really only hear the speakers through regular sound waves, not bone conduction. If you plug your ears, you can hear the audio perfectly, but that defeats the purpose of these sunglasses. On Zungle's website, I gave this product 4 stars because at the time I thought I did get my money's worth, but I really didn't. These seriously leak the audio and honestly don't buy them. There are Aftershocks, a great pair of bone conduction headsets, and William Painters, a great pair of sunglasses. As much as I want to say I support the product, I can't say that because I was truly let down.

Junk product and no refunds (their policy is a LIE)

Junk product (if you ever get it) ... then they will never refund your money. After months (and complaining to the BBB and the Attorney Generals office the finally sent me an RMS # and I returned them. Almost a year later now and they NEVER refunded my money. DO NOT ORDER THESE.
