My customized palette came in (after a month of waiting) and was the absolute worst quality. I emailed customer service about the issue and never received a reply.
Their delivery follow up emailed me to see if the product had arrived but in the email they listed the wrong date which I had ordered the product (making it 3 weeks later than I had originally ordered it).
Very unhappy with the service, quality, and support.

Bought from Beautylish website. Palatte is sturdy, magnet is great. Quality control is poor, bought a small one to see if i liked it enough to by the large size, unfortunately it's been glued together wonky. I don't have any other z palettes to compare it to so I don't if I just got a bad one in the batch. Not worth the money, (or worth sending beck to USA from UK). won't be repurchasing.

I'm quite disappointed with this order. I ordered some Z Palette individual eyeshadow pans in an effort to transition to a plastic-free makeup collection. I had bought another magnetic palette from Zao which I love, but the colours of Z Palette's eyeshadows were exciting. First of all, the shipping cost was just as much as the product, but I brushed that off and ordered it anyway. But then, the first really frustrating thing was that I had to pay another 15 USD (12 GBP) in customs charges! I believe this should have been advertised to me up front, as I don't think the eyeshadows are really worth 5$+20$ shipping+ 15 customs fees; that's just excessive. The worse thing, seeing as I was buying this in an effort to be plastic free, is that all the pans come wrapped in a plastic sheet! If you're looking for sustainable makeup at a fair price, I would recommend Zao Essence of Nature or Elate cosmetics.

Giving two stars, because the colours are cool, but the shopping experience is not.

This product was processed and shipped very quickly. It arrived in perfect condition and I’m very happy with my purchase. It is great quality and feels like it will keep my makeup safe when traveling. I cant wait to depot all my eyeshadow.

Fast, convenient, no nonsense.

It was a little bit of a surprise when I was charged more than I’d expected. To be fair, it was only a currency conversion but it made me rethink my purchase and take items off my cart. It would be lovely if you could allow customers to indicate their buying currency so they aren’t so shocked when they see their banking statements.

Really love my z palettes! I got the holographic style and they were just what I expected. Good weight and there were more than enough magnet stickers !

I finally saw the zpotter at a great place on zpallete's site and jumped on it. The shipping was super quick...I placed my order and received it in about 5 days...awesome ;o)
