I have been searching for the used car and visited few other places. The experience in this car dealer was totally different on really positive side. You could see that the owner cares about the experience you get with the car from the first touch. I bought Suzuki Baleno 1,2 Dualjet SHVS and first difference I saw compared to other palces that the car was fully serviced and there was no change oil light / missing parts on the car. The owner understands how cars need to be serviced and it looks like he is trying to make sure you don't need to service it right away after purchase (some other dealers were selling car with bold tires or with 1 year old oil driven 10K saying you can still drive next 5k on it and for extra price they can replace it). The car was fully serviced (Part of work was done by the dealer before me even looking at the car). When inspecting the car I noticed the horn was not working and it was replaced without any isses. The owner is really wellcoming and I would recomend him for future purchases.

I went with family to see the car, we took an appointment before going. He knows that we are coming. We enter in his shop he was high on drugs, and we just ask simple questions. He became abusive and shouting. I must say danish government should take strict action against him, so no one come and kill him one day.

We went to se the car to ZMcar dealership which is not a dealership just a small shop. We just start the car to check the engine sound. He took the keys from us and say I don’t want to sell a car to you. He misbehaved and close the door. I must say don’t ever go to this dealer again. He will give you fake car, fake warranty and will never listen to you after you get car from him. Be aware. I prefer to go at Danish dealership. Worse car seller ever.

I bought a Citroën C4 Cactus from Zmcar last week. Their customer service is top-notch: very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend stopping by Zmcar if you're looking for a nice used car.
