**Months of Delays, Same Company, Same Broken Promises (Z login / ZET solutions)

This issue has been ongoing since December, and I still have not received my refund.

I am now dealing with the same situation through Z login, which operates under the same company as ZET solutions. The pattern is identical: delays, repeated assurances that payment will be processed “this week,” and no actual follow-through.

After I initially posted a review, I was contacted with a proposed solution and updated my review based on that. Unfortunately, those promises were not kept, and the situation has not improved.

There is a clear lack of accountability and consistency in communication. Each interaction resets expectations, but nothing materializes.

Based on this experience across both ZET solutions and Z login, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

If you are considering working with them, proceed with caution. If you already have an active subscription, review it carefully and consider cancellation.

Very disappointing overall.

Could be better customer service without need to give bad review first to catch their attention. But OK...

Zero interest in helping klients - I have been calling their klantenservice whole day and no one is picking up.

Edit: Shortly after my review here (thank you, Trustpilot), I have received a friendly phone call from Zlogin, trying to explain to me the whole situation I was locked into... So, I am amending my review and raising the rating a bit.... However, it would have been nice to be able to catch the klantenservice without the "nuclear option"...

Worst eHerkenning provider on the market

Whatever you do, DO NOT use Zlogin.
They will not respond to any eHerkenning related communication until at least 3 months after you've sent it in. Zero care for any deadlines - of your making or not.

Terrible business - pick any other one. They only cost like 10 euros more.
Creating an account on TP just to tell you this.
