Terible costomer service persons this…
Terible costomer service persons this company has fiddled me out of 3.42 i gave them 7 days to refund my or iwould put a claim in through the Small Claims Court no refund so whent ahead with the claim Through the Small Claims Court and low and behold the money was paid 3 days late after 9 days to a Debit Card i do not have so some body else has got my refund now they owe me 35 pounds court costs plus my 3.42
Total 38.42which i will now claim through the Small Clams Court

We would like to summarise the events to date in the hope of resolving your complaint satisfactorily.
You initially placed an order through our eBay store. The product was supplied in a jar, as this was the format selected when the order was placed and is the only format we sell through eBay. After delivery, you contacted us to request zip-lock bags, and we explained that these are available exclusively through our website.
Your eBay order was subsequently refunded in full, and the items were returned to us.
You then placed an order directly through our website. This order was dispatched and delivered within 3 days. Following a further complaint, we issued a partial refund to the original payment card as a gesture of goodwill.
For security and payment-processing reasons, we are unable to issue a refund to any card other than the one originally used to place the order.
We hope the above explanation clarifies the matter and brings it to a satisfactory conclusion.
We must also address the manner in which our staff have been spoken to during your telephone calls. Abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards our team is not acceptable. You are, of course, entitled to purchase from another supplier. However, should this behaviour continue, we reserve the right to decline any future orders from you.

Excellent service
I normally order by phone, and the people at the other end are really helpful. I tend to order at the last minute, just as I’m running out, so the rapid delivery is just what I need. The goods arrive in 2 days, beautifully packed, and this is the only company I know where I can choose whether I want my tablets in a bottle or a zip pack.
