Difficult and confusing cancellation process – document everything

I am sharing my personal experience with Zinzino so that other customers and partners know what to expect when trying to end their relationship with the company.

I had both customer and partner-related accounts with Zinzino. When I decided to terminate my relationship with the company, I requested in writing that all Auto Orders, recurring payments, future shipments, subscriptions and accounts be cancelled.

After several exchanges with Zinzino Support, I finally received written confirmation that the Auto Order connected to my Partner account had been cancelled and that no further shipments or payments would be made under that Auto Order.

However, closing the actual Partner position proved to be a separate process. Zinzino then required a handwritten and hand-signed resignation request, including the exact statement:

“I want to terminate my partner position.”

What I found particularly confusing was that the same support message first stated that my Partner position could not be terminated until the handwritten request was submitted, but later stated:

“now that your Partner position is cancelled…”

These contradictory statements made it difficult to know whether the account was actually closed.

My advice to anyone dealing with Zinzino is:

keep every email and invoice;
request all cancellations in writing;
ask specifically about Auto Orders, recurring payments and future shipments;
do not assume that cancelling an Auto Order also closes the Partner account;
request written confirmation that the Partner position itself has been permanently terminated;
keep proof of every request and response.

I am still waiting for unequivocal written confirmation that my Partner position has been permanently closed.

I am posting this review based on my own documented correspondence with Zinzino and in the hope that the cancellation process can become clearer and more transparent for other customers and partners.

I'm very satisfied with the products I'm using and the service I've received. I especially appreciate that I have a personal counsellor that I can turn to with any question I might have.

Great quality of all Zinino products, my consultant has great knowledge too!

The balance oil does not agree with everyone. In my case, it made my stomach incredibly uncomfortable and I was not able to continue taking the balance oil.

The customer service team will make your life as difficult as possible when it comes to cancelling the subscription. (A subscription which charges you every month but doesn't deliver every month.) When you go to cancel, you need to give 30 days notice and you end up out near two months money.

There is the option to return unopened product within 30 days of your first order delivery, however, they don't tell you that piece of information.

When you do avail of the 30 days return option, you will be waiting over 3 weeks (and counting) for them to acknowledge receipt of the goods and issue your refund.

Honestly, be prepared to waste lots and lots of time with this business if their product isn't for you. I personally will have to issue legal proceedings to move this situation onwards.

Excellent products and I completely trust this company. I am using omega and vitamins, and zinobiotic for years already. Performing blood tests regularly and I can assure - they work. I am in my best shape ever. And all thanks to thsi science based products.

It's not about the products. I actually loved them. If you think you just go and cancel the subscription, think again.
I wanted to cancel further payment and delivery, changed my
card but they were able to charge the new card! without my permission. That is bad! Be aware of that!

My order was delivered on time as expected. I’m still using the product and will know the progress made when I have my next blood test from my health professional

My favorite is Balanceoil+.

There is some evidence, subjective though it be, of varying quality. Based on smell, the composition of the oil is not always the same. This leaves some concern about the actual quality of the product.

I’ve been using BalanceOil+ for just a couple of weeks, and I’m already noticing great results! The weakness in my knees is completely gone, and my energy levels are way up. I’ve also noticed my nails look much healthier, and my food cravings have dropped. It's making a real difference in how I feel every day. This company is doing well.
