I understood I was buying a print version. I would never have chosen a digital magazine however you've taken my money and now I seem to have no way of logging in to even see what it is. I bought.! Disappointed.

Can I give it zero? I have never heard of Zinnio before and wanted to buy a print version of a magazine which included a free calendar. The website actually showed each photo to nthe calendar. Why would I think I wasn't going to get a print version complete with calendar? Then two days later I received an email which looks like all I have purchased is a digital version. With no calendar of course. I have been robbed, misled, Swindled, mugged and completely ripped off. How are these crooks able to get away with this and take me Ney off you for a digital copy without saying in the description that that is what you are getting. And fraudulently misleading you by actually showing you photos of a calendar that you don't receive.

Good selection of magazines but they are embedded with DRM (Digital Restrictions Management) which means you cannot save a PDF copy of the magazine and when the site says "download" it doesn't mean to your local computer. You will need the reader and being connected to the internet in order to read it. So basically, you're paying for a magazine but not getting all the benefits of owning it.

Tried to login and it let me in but my magazine was gone and it said I had no mags. Contacted to mag company and they said I had to contact Zinio. Unfortunitely there was no phone number, just a site to e-mail them. I did twice and no reply.
