Looked very sad and the instructions were quite complicated. The box was far too large for any letter box.
I wouldn't order from Zing flowers again.
I was phone the next day and had my delivery charge refunded, and comments taken on board.

My one and only flower delivery service
This is my second time ordering flowers with this company and I have a good feeling that I will stick to this company. Me and my girlfriend are long distance which makes an essential task like buying her flowers quite difficult. Zing makes it easy. The flowers are beautiful, vibrant and fresh. I've never had issues with them so far and truthfully I believe that I won't have any issues ever.
