Absolutely dissapointed. Factory defects and NO ANSWER from customer service
I’ve received the office chair with factory defect. I contacted the customer service the same day. More than one week later and multiple emails sent, no one has yet contacted me not any kind of response received. Totally dissapointed. I’ll never but anything else here!
