Had purchased a 3 month subscription for my PS4. Got told once passed through security and paid I would receive my code. Passed all security, took my money and even spoke to a staff member and still failed to send me a code. I used the playstation store to get my code after being let down by this so called great company. Will not be recommending any of my friends to this company at all. Stay clear and don't use, you will only feel let down by bogus claims as they won't be able to deliver. Lets say what they have got to say about this…

Managed to now speak to the managing director over this, promised a 50% refund and my code within the next hour. Still waiting for the code and he has said they are issues with them being transferred in his account from one to another. One unhappy child went to be without playing his ps4 before bed. Been waiting since November to get him online as I haven't had the money since buying the unit. Heard great things about this company on Trust pilot and couldn't be more wrong about the service I have had to day!.

A man is true to his word but after tonights experience I am un certain that it could and would happen again. Many thanks for the compensation as it goes along way to building bridges. Many thanks for your help. Feeling frustrated!!! :(

James has now gave me a 100% refund and apologised for what had happened, he had assured me this was a one off and will not happen again…Happy now to mark this 5 stars as customer service has been fantastic!

Ziip processed my order within ten minutes on a Sunday evening. Unfortunately the code they sent didn't work. I emailed them and the problem was sorted out within a few minutes that same evening.

I hadn't bought a game for quite some time, but with BF4 and my Birthday happening about the same time this was the first store I thought of, and I'm glad I did! Great price and an easier way of payment than I remember. I didn't think It could get better but it did.

My husband has been part of Ziip forum for several years and up until now I have always gone on the high street to buy his games but now with Ziip having the best prices around and also buying points its definitely the place to buy games its a good way to support independent companies. I have even started to recommend it to my friends who other halfs play games as well. Very quick response and delivery to give the whole service 10/10.

What more can I say really, ordered BF4 and received my key within 24hrs, well before launch day. Only ever had to deal with customer service once, on a previous order, and couldn't fault them. Without a doubt a great online retailer.

Was worried it might be a scam but I had the game code in 10 mins and downloaded with no problems.

Bought a steam key with dlc of magicka for real cheap, steam key came quick and legit :)

there was a checkup problem (from my bank) but was solved fast.

I have to admit, I was pretty cautious about buying from the site at first because their prices are so insanely cheap, but I took a chance and everything went smoothly. This is gonna be the first place I look for downloads from now on :)
