My experience with ZeroMax was great because the movers came on time and handled the goods with great professionalism. They are also very respectful courteous and have great understanding of the customer needs. I would highlyy recommend them to anyone needing their services.

The moving men was very professional I like the way they came in and moved my boxes out very carefully they wrapped my furniture very properly I will recommend this moving company and I will use them again

I loved everything about working with Zeromax. They showed up right on time, knew exactly what to do in a tricky situation, and got my fridge to its new location in great time. The fridge was expertly wrapped and reassembled perfectly. Highly recommend working with Zeromax!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS This company came recommended to me by a colleague. I wanted a mover to help with an in town move of my 300 square foot apartment from the Upper West Side to Washington Heights. I had covid and so could not be present to supervised as they packed and moved. Since my apartment was a small studio, I was told that the move would take half a day. They were to pack and move the normal household items, one love seat, 2 Barcelona style chairs, a few end tables, and a mattress. My first clue that something was amiss was that they did not arrive at the destination for nearly 13 hours after they started. They movers indicated that they took so long because I had "many fragile items" which seemed really strange, given that I have only the usual dishes, vases, etc. Furthermore, upon opening the boxes I found them that, far from having been carefully packed, my things had just been thrown inside. For instance, an art canvas and dishes under books; wardrobe boxes filled to the top this way (see photos).

As I unpacked the picture became much bleaker. I first noticed that they had raided my medicine cabinet and had taken several controlled substances. I immediately alerted the company which did an "investigation" which consisted of asking the crew if they took the items, which they of course denied. As I unpacked further I found that several other items of value had been taken, including a watch I had just gifted myself for Christmas, valued at $1100. I informed the company of this and their response was simply that they would terminate the crew. They did not offer an apology or suggest any sort of remedy. To wrap this awful experience up, I quickly realized that a sizeable number of items had never even been moved! Initially the company wanted to send THE SAME CREW to finish the job! I demanded a new crew to which they stated they would have to charge me extra for. After the watch turned up missing they agreed to send a new crew for no additional charge but at that point I just couldn't trust them anywhere near me, my stuff or the other tenants.

All this was reported to the police, of course. They suggested that the crew likely took my items to a separate location to sift through for valuables, which caused the disarray of the packing and accounted for the extreme length of time. Likely, however, I will never see my things again. This has been, by far the worst and most traumatic moving experience I have ever had.

Alex and his teammate, who, unfortunately I cannot recall his name, were absolutely the best. Not only were they on time, they were patient, understanding, and extremely friendly. Alex would always make sure that they were placing the right items in the right room and I appreciated their overall communication.

I would definitely recommend ZeroMax and plan to use their services in the future!

Very friendly and they really worked hard. I lived on the 4th floor no elevators and they really did alot of work. I will definitely use them again. I give them 10 🌟

Excellent service!

We moved from NYC to Michigan over New Years 2021 and worked with two guys both named Alex (one in the office and the other was the leader mover who came to our house to give us a quote). Both Alex's were great! They worked with us on the price and the crew was very careful with all of our stuff. They were incredibly fast and efficient as well. Everything showed up in a timely manner and was handled with care. A couple items suffered some minor damage and they refunded us a small portion of our bill which was more than fair for the minimal damage done. We would highly recommend ZeroMax Movers to anyone moving in or out of New York City. Five Stars!

Zeromax had a great price and i believe they ended up delivering more than this. There was a complication with the final destination, about the truck not being able to get close, but the Zeromax team stepped up and hired a smaller truck to get to my house on the same intended day of delivery.

Great and efficient movers. The movers were fast and they wrapped furniture very carefully; everything was in great shape when it arrived at the destination. They are also affordable compared to other companies in my area. I would recommend these movers and already have to a few of my friends!

Good crew, fair price, safe delivery of furniture and household goods in a move from LIC in NYC to Fairfield County, CT.

I would use ZeroMax again.

I had a small move - just three large pieces of furniture - but it was easy to set up and everything went well.

Although they ran late they called several times to advise. Also this worked to my advantage since the city's temporary no parking signs I paid $30 for were gone the day I needed them. As luck should have it a big enough spot opened up right in front literally 2 minutes before they arrived. No double parking anxiety. True story!

TL;DR: yeah I'd use them again.

They didn't have the correct moving date even though I called a few times confirming. They also moved about half of my things because they counted shoe boxes the same big moving boxes and refused to take them. The stars are for the price.

The movers we're incredible! I was deposited a day for no reason by the office, but the next day the movers we're great.

Everything went well, however, after giving a tip to the workers your company asked for more. There is no law that says you have to tip 20% for services. I feel this is their job to move and the company should pay a decent salary. Whatever a customer offers if anything, they should appreciate it.

The team was super helpful and professional

Both movers followed instructions well and were very efficient. Although they arrived a few hours late due to a prior job, they managed to complete the move within the time allocated by the building.

Awesome. They were excellent. Two gentlemen worked quickly and were in and out 1, 2,3. I was amazed and very happy. The furniture was delivered to my son in Yonkers by them and as soon as they left my son called me and told me they did an excellent job. He was impressed.

I was happy they wore masks and they were very kind. I would like to know if ZeroMax can move people out of state? Thank you and you will be hearing from me in the near future.
