App is great but guarantee of service is nil

I ordered 3 units of Kwality Wall's Cornetto Almond Crunch Ice Cream Cone of which they sent 2 units which were slightly damaged in transit. Damage was fine, still usable but for the missing unit they did not send a refund or a replacement even after complaining in-app support as well as through email (onesupport@zepto) given by the in-app service. This totally was a case of mental harassment since if I knew from the start that they won't give product support or refund/replacement, then I would have never ordered with them or bothered to complain. Time wasted, money wasted, and mental peace disturbed. Can Zepto compensate that?

I order 5 items together

I order 5 items together, after placing the order, they showed that one particular item is not available. That was essential for me, so I asked to add another variety of the same item, but I refused. They asked me to put another separate order for that single item of Rs 20 with added 30 rupees delivery fees for that single item again. Most importantly, 1 minutes after all this I checked that the item is shown available on the site with higher price. That means the item is actually available with them and they increased the price in 1-2 minutes and showed me that item. Out of stock. Very very bad experience. A big zero for customer support.

0/5 if I could. Very disappointing experience. I ordered multiple cat wet food packets through Zepto, but my cat completely refused to eat it because of the smell. I contacted customer support multiple times and requested at least an exchange or replacement, but my concern was repeatedly dismissed. I was not demanding anything unreasonable, yet no practical solution was offered. I ended up wasting my money and time. Extremely frustrating customer service experience.

Worst worst worst customer service

0 rating..Worst worst worst customer service. Specially one guy Raj Das. He know only 2 lines that accept our sincere apology and I'm not authorised person. What he is doing dk. He kept my call on hold while I'm sharing my concern and for 10 min he is just saying not authorised person. He disconnect my call as well as my chat also he closed from he's end.

Absolute Scam : Avoid

This app is a disaster. Items go missing constantly, and when they do arrive, they’re damaged, crushed or melted. To make matters worse, the delivery riders are incredibly rude and prefer arguing over solving the problem.

​Customer support is useless and takes no action. They’re happy to take your money but won't deliver what you paid for. Zero accountability. Stay away!

Already contacted support via app & email — no response so far.

Beware of rotten eggs

There are multiple times that I had ordered eggs from zepto. Off late i see that atleast 4 in a pack of 10 eggs is rotten from inside. Outside it looks perfect but when you crack the egg. There is black liquid coming out from it with foul smell. Zepto doesn't take return on this item. Saying that you can use the other 6 at your own risk. And they return the amount of only the rotten eggs. How am I supposed to believe that the others are in good condition. And on what trust will i boil the egg and give it to my kids for breakfast for school.

I have ordered a shirt with size M and I told them I need exchange or refund even I haven't opened the product itself. Atleast they can keep exchange offer or they should write no exchange. This is really very disappointed.

ZEPTO IS A WORST COMPANY

pictures uploaded in support, emailed to suppot email but refund or replacement denied... why should we shop from zepto if no support is provided after sale?

Whenever such thing happens in blinkit, amazon or jiomart... they acknowledge product photos and immediately refund the amount or replace items... but your plan is to cheat customers by supplying sub standard products and denying refund or replacement.

I will never shop from Zepto again and take this matter to competent authorities for justice and also highlight this on social media also... so that people will get aware with your unfare practices.

"This was easily the worst delivery experience. I ordered basic groceries and a few snacks and one of item; Bingo Nachos, was a completly damaged from in and no air inside (punctured packet).

When I tried to get a refund, the customer support was a joke. I spent my time on the chat only to be told 'we cannot process a refund for this order' despite me sending clear photos of the damaged packet. They just closed the ticket on me without a resolution and told to mail on "onesupport@ zepto.com".
Basically it should be "nosupport@ zepto.com".
And their also they are saying same thing that they cannot resolve and closed the matter without resolving.
Save your money and your health. This app is a scam that just to deliver trash to your house—if they even show up at all. Never using Zepto again."

By the way, this is not the first time, mostly they do on all orders and do this type of scams.
