I had a great experience at Zenz Aarhus, and my hairdresser, Adriana, who coloured and styled my hair. She is both very sweet and professional, and I truly felt well taken care of from the moment my hair was washed, coloured to the final styling.

Adriana took the time to explain how the colour would turn out, and the technique she did is a wet balayage. She asked about my preferences, and made sure everything matched my expectations. The result was exactly what I hoped for, and she made the entire experience very relaxing and enjoyable.

The salon’s atmosphere reflects its name perfectly a calm, peaceful, and welcoming from the moment you walk in.

I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, and Adriana is an absolute sweetheart who takes excellent care of her clients. I would also like to add when I was there the owner was also there and she too is a very sweet. All in all my experience was great.

(Some of the) Hairdressers seem bored and depressed. Not able to know how a new color would react to their own former color (from Zenz). That is why you may end up orange. They may tell that people from your country are not so beautiful if you are from somewhere else. They may even go way too far and ask you not to book so many treatments at a time, because they get tired...

I had the coldest haircut experience ever and I didn't get the style I wanted. I explained what style I was aiming for, got my hair washed, cut and I was left under a hair drying thing. My stylist disappeared and after 15 mins I was done. My hair was very flat at the end, she tried to voluminise it with a diffuser and some powder, but it didn't help. I looked like a cow licked my hair down. My fringe looked awful, too. I couldn't wait to get out of the salon. But maybe the worst was the attitude of the stylist. Definitely not going back.

I got my hair cut today, I was at Zenz Nørrebrogade. My stylist was Ayoe, This was the best hair cut and experience. I left it up to her; I just explained "kind of" what I was going for and asked her opinion based on my hair type. She was amazing, easy to talk to, and knew exactly what to do with my hair! I don't have the easiest hair to work with, but she did it! This was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this place and, of course, Ayoe! I also got great tips and tricks for my crazy hair. I thank her so much! See you in 6 months :) I 100% recommend it!

I booked an appointment for colouring hair at Islandsbrygge salon and I was 10 min late. The reason that I was late because I didn’t get any confirmation for my appointment and I tried to call them before going to double check. (My appointment was at 08:00) since nobody answered I showed up anyway because I don’t live far but I was 10 min late. And oh yeah I got scolded that I am late and they cannot attend my hair. I asked her to look at my hair first before making the decesion. She gave me attitude the whole time and after looking my hair she said she cannot gaurantee that she can cover my grey hairs. She was having attitude the whole time and I left

Cecilie in Zenz Roskilde is the best hairdresser i have ever met. Very professional , polite and detailed. I have enjoyed whole experience in the salon Zenz Roskilde( beautiful interior and organic products). End result of my new color and hair cut is amazing and better than i have expected.

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences. I tried zenz company for the first time and I can for sure say it was my last. To start with, I didn't get the colour I wanted, and neither the style I asked for, which was ombre. I got my shirt ruined on top of that. The hairdresser offered to fix the colour few days later. I came back and the one positive thing was that she did colour it light like I wanted, but nothing like ombre style once again, it looks more like highlights, going all the way to the roots of the hair, especially close to the face. So when I close my hair in a ponytail, it looks highlights and not ombre. When looking through the whole head, it is very unevenly coloured, so unprofessionally done. Came home, I found the back of my t-shirt bleached, so now two pieces of clothing ruined. None of the times I got feet spa offered. My hair is so dried after two times of bleach that they look very unnatural, I didn't either get offered to buy any products that would be nutritional after the bleach. It is worth mentioning that it was the top paid hairdresser and not a trainee who did my hair. Definitely not recommending the company.

I got a haircut from Mille at Zenz Grønnegade, and I'm very happy with everything. She has a good eye for what works, is very sweet when cutting the hair and it feels like an overall great experience. Thank you, Mille!

Booked an appointment with Julie at Zenz Frederiksberg for the first time to get rid of my roots. I chose them as they value organic products and had great recommendations, albeit being rather expensive. I was unfortunately 5 min late but they were down one hairdresser that day, so they were also running a bit late. Luckily that didn’t bother me at all as I was hungover and had no hard deadline and didn’t mind waiting in between Julie doing another client. The service was impeccable: nice atmosphere, don’t have to be too chatty if you don’t want to, overload of drinks, a little foot bath for your feet during waiting time, massage chairs when they wash your hair, and a little gift as I had to wait some time. But most importantly, the dye and cut was exactly what I wanted, which is rare, and I had full confidence in Julie. (I originally chose her as I could see she was experienced and had a similar hair type to mine).
I would recommend Zenz Frederiksberg to anyone who would pay for a good haircut and relaxing experience (and to be without the fear of dye disasters).

I was at Zenz salon in Grønnegade. I was taking care of by a very professional hairdresser who gave me some good advice about my hair and the right way to color it. The product they used made my hair very soft, as it was a bit dry.
The whole atmosphere at the place was good and relaxing.
I will certainly recommend this hairdresser.

I have enjoyed my visit at Zenz it wasn't just a hair cut but more advice and treatment all in one package:)

I was taken care of by Simone and I am always a little bit worried about my hair the first time I go to a hairdresser but here I must say that after 5 min I understood that she is a very competent hairdresser and knew exactly what needed to be done to give my hair that new energy!
On top, all products are organic and smells heavenly good

I always see Anna at Grønnegade. I always leave the salon with amazing hair. Anna is super professional. Always listens to what you would like to have done to your hair and performs 100%. If uncertain one day she will come up with great suggestions. After having been to many fantastic hair dressers in New York City where I lived previously I was afraid I wouldn't find the same expertise here in CPH. But I did!
