I second these good reviews. Great mattress, and easy company to deal with. Will be buying a second Zen Bedrooms mattress for our spare room!

Ok, so I bought the Zen Luxury Memory Foam Mattress through the groupon deal they sometimes have running. A brilliant price at $399 for a King considering some of the big branded bed in a box guys like casper charge $900. The mattress arrived rolled up in a box that was about 1 meter high and about 50cm wide, and it arrived about ten days after ordering. The box was quite heavy but small so was easy to take up the stairs and get into our bedroom. Once there we took the rolled up package out of the box, loosened the plastic outer wrapping and this flat mattress sized package unrolled on our bed… now the amazing part. We opened up the plastic and poof! A mattress grew.. pretty amazing actually. We left the mattress to fully expand for about four hours before going to bed and the wow, what a great sleep. This really is an incredible mattress, the feel is so comforting, you sink in really nicely but not too much and we both drift off to sleep easily every night and have a really good quality of sleep. I would definitely recommend getting one

The mattress is really great as the other reviews say, we love it. The delivery was a bit tricky though, the Fedex just left it on our porch which I know most people don’t mind but it was a bit annoying. The Zen guys were good at informing when the delivery was coming, I was just out.

I can’t fault the service or the product, I just feel that it’s a bit too soft for me hence the four stars. My wife and I are still keeping it though as we sleep well.

Great mattress. I’ve had memory foam mattresses before and have always like them but this one feels like an advancement on my other ones. Recommended!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT RESPOUND TO ANY EMAILS. 4 WEEKS AND I STILL HAVE NO IDEA IF THEY'VE RECEIVED MY ORDER BECAUSE I NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL!!

Worth every penny. Excellent service and fast delivery. I was cautious to try a new mattress but this was worth the change!

Delivery was exceptionally fast and efficient. The foam wouldn't completely expand when it arrived though which was a concern. I got hold of customer services and they were very quick to respond. Huge help as they sent out a new mattress right away and it came with the same fast delivery. Mattress is now perfect and great value for money! Ive had to organise for the faulty mattress to be picked up though, shame they don't offer a pick up service.

I got this mattress for my mum last Christmas as she suffered back pain and always complained about not getting enough sleep. A year on and I can confidently say that this mattress is life changing. It's totally eased my mums back pain and she always raves about the comfort and support. This makes me so happy. Thank you zen :)

Got to me so quickly and with great service too. Lovely bouncy but firm mattress.

Took a short while to get used to a different type of mattress but I find it very comfortable and supportive. Delayed delivery but customer service sorted it out for me quickly!

The mattress took a while to expand which wasn't great but I queried this with customer service and they were very helpful and informative.

I was very close to returning my mattress after the first few sleeps. I couldn't get comfortable and it felt like I wasnt get the right amount of support. I'm so happy that I stuck with it though as my back pain has subsided, I sleep through the night and wake up revitalised. It's weird how a mattress can get more comfortable. Like a new pair of shoes, it just needs time to wear in a bit.

It definitely took a few months to get used to it but now I really love it. I was concerned when delivery got lost and delayed but I spoke to the team at Zen and they were really helpful and nice. They resolved the problem straight away. This is why I'm giving it 4 stars.

I had many questions about the mattress and the team were superb. The girl I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. The best part is that they were honest! Everything they said is true, I love my zen mattress and would recommend everyone to treat themselves to great sleep too.

Seriously fast delivery. I could not recommend this company more.
