We visited this place on a Friday night as we celebrated an anniversary weekend in London - we visited the knightsbridge one. The service and food was exemplary. The steak was just so perfectly cooked I was speechless. My only gripe was that the music was really loud and spoilt the experience. I understand it was a Friday night and that this is hardly a romnatic restaurant but the music could have been a bit lower in volume.

Food was on point, staff were very attentive, went on a Monday evening and the wagyu burger was perfect, quality was 100% even with the offer @ £10

Absolutely outstanding every time. I’ve dined here about 10 times and it always blows me away. Perfect steak, great wine, amazing starters and brilliant staff. Can’t wait to get back here when restrictions ease.

Been to every possible high-end steak restaurants in London, and absolutely nothing comes close to Zelman meats. Tried Hawksmoore, Gaucho, CUT, Harrods, M Victoria. They all have one thing in common and that is pretentiousness.

I firmly believe that meat shouldn't be that fancy. Zelman really focuses on the quality of their meat rather than the fluff aside it. My favourite happens to be their cheapest option, picanha. Picanha is the by far the most superior cut of beef. Cuts like fillet and sirloin gets too much hype for what they are.

Zelman really nails their picanha at every level. Smoked over the coal for hours, rendering that fat over the grill... Grilled mid-rare. The best kind of meat eating experience.

One thing that I was personally very sad about was that they have removed the fish display full of piranhas. Probably too much maintenance cost? Idk. I know quite a few Zelman fans, and they think the same. I loved that aesthetics with the concept of eating meat. Bring back the piranhas!

Have visited many times previously when they had a site next to my office in Blackfriars. Visited yesterday for a Christmas lunch (one of many) and we opted for the set menu. From the start there was a never ending train of delicious starters. We had pre-ordered an extra kilo of brisket which arrived perfectly cooked with a strong smoky flavour. With that came Chateaubriand, Wagyu,Ham Hock (2 whole hocks for 8 people), and Sirloin all perfectly cooked. Bill came to just over £1200 for 8 of us but we did order some good wine and champagne so not bad considering. Overall I loved it although found it difficult to do anything afterwards.
And yes my punctuation is terrible but I blame the meat.
