Ordered 2 “physician designed” bras on 3/31/24. Came from Chinese company affiliate (looks like) on west coast without receipt on 4/11/24. Merchandise flimsy as thin rubber and poorly made; labeled 3... See more

terrible experience
I purchased some glasses and they did not work. I tried to talk to them to get a refund but they will not call. Others have said they have to be returned to China at my cost of $50-80 for an item that I paid 42 for.
It Looks Like I am One of Many!
It looks like I am one of many who have been scammed. If you are reading this post, and have yet to purchase something from Keilini, then I advise you not to. However, if you have, perhaps I can offer some additional information. Unlike many of the posted information you may read here, I didn’t buy a lightbulb external Camera. Instead, I purchased a $59.98, Keilini portable miniature wall heater. After completing the purchase, I was transferred to the confirmation page that displayed the message – “Your order is confirmed, We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.” That was seven days ago and there hasn't been an update.
Today, I started an online investigation. I started with my credit card statement information. My credit card statement showed only one purchase of $59.98. Surprisingly, the name of the company that debited my credit card was not Keilini it was Zekear. Their web address is zekear.com. Their phone number is 833-949-1266, and their location is in NY. Unfortunately, my credit card statement did not have a street address. I visited their website and to my surprise, their website sells shoes almost exclusively. I ran a search on Zekear and found a lot of negative information. Including from two Better Business Bureau (BBB), websites: Zekear | Better Business Bureau® Profile (bbb.org), and Sursell | Better Business Bureau® Profile (bbb.org). What these two filings have in common is that they share the same phone number. You guessed it – 833-949-1266. The same phone number on my credit card statement. In both cases, the BBB has requested Zekear and the other business – Sursell to supply information regarding their refund policies and until now they haven’t replied. Apparently, they don’t like sending their product to the customer or returning money. In addition, I found two more online businesses using the 833-949-1266 phone number – Casekis, and Grishay they too have a long list of complaints.
Also, the BBB showed a different address than the NY location on my credit card statement. The other address is 5215 S Boyle Ave Vernon, CA 90058. I used my browser history to find the web pages I used to purchase the Keilini wall heater to verify the information. I found no information regarding Zekear on the Keilini web pages. I ran a search for Keilini and found additional information, including the Keilini Light Bulb Cameras website, I learned that the Keilini heater website and the Keilini Lightbulb camera websites shared the same phone information at the bottom of both home pages – Phone: (833) 503-1254 (9:00am-5:00pm EST, Monday to Friday). I also learned that Keilini sells shoes. The same styles as sold on the Zekear website. keilini shoes - Search Shopping (bing.com).
I wish I would have read the reviews…
I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Total scam. I had no idea this was a Chinese marketing blitz, with many fraudulent names, and products. Ugh! I received a pair of glasses that were NOTHING like what was pictured and advertised. And from what I can tell it's less expensive to just eat the $45 that I paid rather than exhaust all options to return and get refund.
Scammer
Scammer. This company operates under different names. Anything you order will be complete junk and they make it impossible for you to send it back. Operating out of China. If you want to throw money away, just use your trash can.
Ordered boots that were advertised on a…
Ordered boots that were advertised on a Google ad in my news feed! Should have known.
Great advert thermal this warm that no slip great boots for winter!! They arrived and all I have to say…is this a joke??? They are nothing like the pics of the advert. They are plastic at best the holes for the laces are like punched holes,I can’t explain really it’s weird. They stink and are nothing like the advert been trying to return them for weeks now and cost me £50 never ever again. Total scam and should be ashamed. Ripping people off when times are hard enough.
I ordered eye glasses
I ordered eye glasses. Got ones that I didn't order. Paid approx. $80. I could send them back to China(expensive to do)for a refund or accept $15 credit.
Real scammers, stay away from them.
Zero
Ordered a pair of sandals last month (June) that was supposed to arrive on June 26, 2023. But I never received them. So, buyer beware, this company may not be on the up and up.
Dishonest & terrible quality
Dishonest. Terrible quality. Misleading return policy
Be wary of buying these shoes!
The return policy is ridiculous: we will refund your payment if you just pay the shipping cost to China of only $75, which is way more than the cost of the shoes. The company offered an $8 refund, which I rejected. They then offered $16, which I accepted because I felt some responsibility for buying the clunkers based on a photo on the internet.
Even worse, though, the shoes do not appear designed to be worn on a human foot. The shoe's heel has no cup so a human heel slips up; the buckle clasp seems made from cheap materials and is poorly designed; and the shoe upper is poorly attached to the sole.
Finally, and perhaps coincidently, the credit card I used to buy the shoes started getting bogus charges posted to it, which my bank denied.
Do not buy shoes without the ability to either try them on or return for free!!!
I had the same experience with returns
I had the same experience with returns. They will pay me $8.00 to keep the shoes without a return. Otherwise it will cost me $50-80 to return shoes that cost $39. When I said I will report the company to the BBB, they said I could purchase another pair for $15 and keep the original pair. Terrible scam.
Do not place an order with these people
This Company is a scam. I ordered two pair of sandals and wanted to return them. There was no paper work with the order. The add said they were returnable. I called the company and the scammer person on the line ask for a order number. I said I don't have one. I had given him all my information and he refused to look that up. He said look at your email and there was none. I ask for a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. They have only one scammer answering the phone. I had my son speak to him and he hung up on my him. I should have read the reviews because I am not the first person to get scammed.
Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company. They make returns impossible. I called at least a dozen time and only got two answers. I the day after my 30 day window expired. They don’t care about the fact that they don’t answer the phone or call you back on time for a return label.
I ordered these shoes because it said…
I ordered these shoes because it said they are located in the US! this is a blatant lie! Their return policy is also a big lie! I had the same experience as those below. they offered me $8.00 on and $76.98 order and said I could mail them back to China for $50 to $60.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPAY... BIG SCAM
P.S. the shoes are nothing like the photo and they were too small.
I am sorry I have to give 1 star
I am sorry I have to give 1 star! What a rip off!!! Don't buy here! I bought a pair of shoes that were "orthopedic." No support at all. No arch support at all! Hard souls! They offered me a $8 refund for a $43 pair of shoes! They will not send a label to return. They are crap to deal with!
What a ripoff
What a ripoff. I, too, was offered an $8 refund on three pairs of these garbage shoes. They smell like formaldehyde and are flimsy and ill-fitting. Then to be told to send them back to China????? At a cost of $60 to $80 at my expense. What a horrible, HORRIBLE company.
These shoes are awfulsee my remarks
These shoes are awful. The Libiyi (Zekear) are the worse customer Service I have ever encountered. The shoes are poor quality, one shoe bigger than the other, etc. I want to return them (3 pairs) and get my money back. The manager who would not give me his name, said they sent a order number via e-mail which I have not received. I know you will not put this message on your survey list, but I hope you can help me.
Thank you.
Cheap knock off
First everyone should know that the products come directly from China and they are VERY, cheap knock offs which take 18 days to arrive. The arch support sandal I purchased for $50 were knock offs of Taos “the show” sandals $140. ( I didn’t know this until I did some research after my sandals arrived. I sent a request for a return label to the address inside the packaging. When I got no reply I found the Zekear support email on the website. They replied that since more than 30 days had elapsed they could give me an $8 credit to use on their website or I could return them but it would cost $40-$50 to send them back to China and they don’t do free return shipping.
If I could include pictures you wouldn’t need to read the review, the sandals are visibly the thinest, cheapest, psuedo leather imaginable.
Both stylish and comfortable
I never thought I could find boots that were both stylish and comfortable, but this brand proved me wrong.
Impressed with the quality
The upper is well-made and the cushioning is top-notch. Nice to know there's a shoe company I can depend on for future purchases.
Horrible return policies
This company’s return policy is worse than awful. I needed to return two pair of sandals because they didn’t fit right (which by the way arrived in mangled boxes). I was told customers have to pay for shipping and insurance back to their warehouse in China. Which is expensive to do so. More than the two pair of sandals cost. Are you telling me they don’t have a facility in the US? If so then they should be paying for return shipping! To me this is a bad way to do business. So buyers beware.
