I bought something from this seller on Walmart online. But it did not arrive. This company is a scam. Beware of it!!! Walmart contacted it multiple times but they didn't response. I am still waiting for their refund.

Same issue as everyone else. Face cream I ordered in February hasn't arrived, and looks like someone has finally closed the website down, as now the link is unavailable. Hoping the bank will refund the money.

Scam no intention of sending a refund I wish I had read reviews before parting with hard earned money!

It's a scam. Taking orders but not delivering anything and no reply from customer support.

Customer service responds in the way they will do something, but actually this is a fraud webpage and don't be silly in buying anything, as you will not receive it, especially refunds... it has been 2 months since my refund had to be with me, it didn't obviously, so I needed to make dispute with my bank to help me out. We have to have more controls in online businesses and set enormous fines for
that kind of things, despite we have to be careful too. PLEASE CLOSE THIS PAGE AND COMPANY DOWN.

Scam company reported to bank took money no product no refund. Now no email addresses

Like many customers below I’ve been scammed and they are no longer responding to my messages. I ordered Estée Lauder cream to days later saying out of stock and I will be refunded ….guess what no refund no response to emails and now every time I’m sending an email address no longer in use….to anyone wanting to buy from them don’t bother you’ll never receive any item nor a refund! STAY AWAY!

Ordered a Lego d11 bulldozer and paid £399. I got no order and after 3 weeks they still hadn’t posted it. I’ve tried contacting them for my money back but had no response. My bank ended up paying me my money back. Do not shop here please 🙏

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM. ITEMS NEVER ARRIVE AND JUST RECEIVE TEMPLATE REPLY SAYING SHIPPING WILL TAKE BETWEEN 4-10 DAYS. AVOID.

Ordered from their website 2 bottles of body cream on March 3, 2024, now it is March 20, and still no news about the shipment (when I was ordering, it says it takes 4-10 days). I emailed them yesterday, and the reply was due to "intensity experienced, your order is in cargo stage and will be shipped to be delivered as soon as possible". Just realized this company has no phone number, only can be reached by email. It is usual a bad sign when a company has no phone number, and no UK address. So it is likely to be based outside of U.K.. I am still hoping the product will be shipped, as I have experienced this kind of delay when the company is based overseas. The lesson is, if a company does not have ".uk" in their website address, usually it means the shipment will be delayed as they are based overseas. If when a company does not have a phone number, should by all means to be avoided.

I don’t even want to give this website 1 star! I ordered a pair of ray ban sunglasses and payed extra for express shipping so that they would arrive before I go on holiday. After 5 days they still hadn’t been shipped so I contacted them and I was told that it was delayed! After then looking them up on trustpilot I realized they’re a scam company so I requested to cancel the order and get a refund. So far I’ve been told the order is cancelled and the refund is issued but it will take 15-21 days! I already know now that I’m not going to get my money back.
Please don’t ever order anything from this website, I just wish I’d seen these reviews first!

Didn't send my items, then after 3 weeks I contacted them and they said they would refund me. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund. They keep making excuses like saying the refund failed and they need to contact their IT department. Now they aren't responding.

Scam. Bought an Estée Lauder cream and they cancelled my order the day after. It’s been nearly a month and I still have not received a refund. Having to raise a credit card dispute with my bank. Avoid.

Scam website for sure. Be careful, I had to cancel my bank card after buying something from here. The give away to me was the spelling errors contained in the invoice email.

On further investigation, the address and other details etc. are not real.

An absolute scam. I only ordered from here because an item I wanted was sold out everywhere. Estimated delivery was three days. Two weeks later and no one can give me an update on my order. I asked for a refund, there’s no receipt that indicates I got a refund. It says order cancelled and the money was already taken out of my account.

Scam. My senior mom ordered an Estee Lauder skin cream. 10 days later she contacted the company because she could not track the order. The response was that the item is out of stock and a refund has been issued. Still no refund. A search of the address (30 North Gould Street Sheridan, WY 82801) shows an article about a different company name also associated with a scam.

Same as the previous customer, I ordered a Rayban, waited for more than one week and still show not shipped yet, then I request for a refund but still not getting back money yet

Scam - I ordered a pair of Ray-Bans.

1 week later I asked where my order is, the same day they cancelled my order with no reason. I want to re-order, but now the sunglasses I wanted to order are triple the price.

I'm also still waiting on the refund.
