Went to the levittown pa. location and it was great the food was good and the people were friendly, it was a terrific experience we will never forget,

Not worth it to have a dinner in this kind of restaurant, services and food served were totally not that good.

The drive thru was quick at 6:15 on a Thursday evening...no one in front of me and noone behind me...wings were room temp at best. At $14.89 plus tax it is not what I expected or wanted. You have...and can do better. Won't be back.

I ordered the cobb salad and it not only went up in price, but the two pieces of bacon you are supposed to get is now one piece of bacon broken into two. Now that's getting really cheap and the customer is cheated out of two full pieces of bacon. It was more lettuce than anything.

Ordered my usual that I get at least once a week..Lemon pepper traditional wing meal..Stomach immediately started hurting..A pain i never felt...I went to bathroom 4 times then my mouth began to water and I feel like I threw my whole weeks worth of food up..Never again will I eat zaxbys

I guess I need to be a better self advocate, my first omen on today's order was the usual routine of me paying and getting my card straight back by the apparent mistake by the cashier of scanning my card and then putting it on the counter instead of immediately returning it, so that when I get it returned to me after receiving my food upon request it was without receipt, so I shouldn't be surprised that upon returning home my 10 piece boneless wings is really a 5 piece.

It will be a while before I am hungry enough to stoop to Zaxby's again.

They suck , if order was ever close to correct I would be amazed. Can’t leave a review on receipt or email!! What does that say.. 1 star because zero is not an option.. over and over. Got to go somewhere else

I met the sweetest girl at zaxbys in shepherdsville ky the other day. Her name is Kaylee, she was fast, efficient, my food was hot, I didn’t have to ask for condiments or napkins she made sure everything was in my bag when I received it. She had a smiling face, made me feel like my time mattered. It did I was on my lunch break. I wish all fast food restaurants had a Kaylee working for them. Thank you Kaylee for making my hectic day a better one when I stopped for lunch.

When I walked into the business, the associate did not greet me, but asked, "Cash or credit?" Customer service has gotten poor and geared to money. It is sad. In addition, I asked for my drink to made with sweet tea, unsweet tea, and lemonade. I asked the cashier was the drink made with all three drinks, she assured me it was. However, that was not the case. It was too sweet for me to drink. I use the unsweet tea to cut the amount of sugar in my drink. Sad to say, after I got home, I learned there was no utensils available for me to eat my salad.

Nastiest food ever put in my mouth . Should of just order salt. Gave my food away . 24.00 for 4 pcs. And chicken sandwich. Nasty ass food . I've been a chef for 24 years . Road trip and stopped. Just nasty , all you can taste is salt . Will never go back ever .

The ice machine was out of order. The drinks had too much carbonated. The restrooms were nasty. Soap dispenser and paper towel were out. I went to Gadsden 35901 and was not happy

Ill never go back to the newberry zaxbys I waited 30mins in line for me to get home and realized my tenders were hard and not edidible like they were sitting in a hot hold all day it happened on night shift a hour before closing you need a new night crew that's ridiculous I bet the person in front of me that had everyone waiting for 30 mins had fresh food

I went to Zaxby’s on south cumberland in Lebanon Tennessee and my experience was absolutely amazing. Food was fresh and lobby was clean. Two lady’s named Mariyah and chysti helped me. They were very kind and made me feel more than just an ordinary customer.

Drive-through was horrible, they had to ask me multiple times to repeat my order, I speak perfect English. They triple charged my debit card and my gift card balance was used as well but did not go towards my bill. Gift card showed zero after this as well. I got a statement from my bank, brought it in, the manager behind the counter said it I was charged in error and his manager/owner also said I was owed money back. They still refused to issue me a refund. I would strongly advise not to visit at this location.

I have always liked Zaxby's. I ordered a salad at the drive through window. The cashier was very professional and polite. This Zaxby's is about 30 minutes from my home. When I got home to sit down to enjoy my meal. I began eating. I ate about a fourth of the salad when there was a bug in the meal. How disgusting. it make me sick to think of eating there again.

The manager was is so nice to me when I come in the store.They always makes sure everything is in the bag you ordered.And the workers never throw the food at me.

I'm not a big Zaxby's fan , but I am now bc of their new chicken and bacon/ ranch quesadillas! They are SO good! 5 stars , full of flavor , chicken is good not fatty , cheese, just the right amount of ranch and good quality bacon pieces, I did not have to take off any unnecessary food items like onions or peppers, just straight up chicken, cheese, and bacon! SO good 👍 I highly recommend. I hope they keep making them bc if so I will keep buying. The best quesadilla I have ever tried and I have eaten at lots of top rated, real Mexican restaurants. These are not greasy so you feel like you are eating healthy. I dip mine in some sour cream and it is delicious. They are BIG and enough to fill me up two times! I ate half at lunch and the other half for dinner! Add 3 cookies with your points from the app and your full twice!
