I find Zattoo easy to use even although I do not use it on a regular basis as I do not watch that much to. I would miss it if it was not their.

Mostly a scam. Main television channels in my country not available in the basic tier despite advertising to the contrary. Cannot even delete your account before the free trial month is over.

This whole site is mostly a data grab rather than a serious streaming service.

On short notice (2 weeks), Zatto is going to change their T&C to delete recordings after 2 years (starting in Sept 2025).
One of the major USP of Zattoo is gone, we used as a media libary with a lot of recorded movies and series, which we are watching on demand.

does not work, no information on which add blockers you need to disable. bad service.

I can get many international channels without a cable hookup. I used to be able to get them without commercial interruptions if I paid a premium price, but that doesn't happen anymore.

I am happy that I have Zattoo TV as I have more choice and it is more convenient to me than the TV service is was offered through my internet provider.

Since the very beginning of its existence my companion and it really is a joy to have Zattoo still around. The Channel lineup is, at least for me, pretty interesting and inexpensive compared to the known (cable) tv providers.

I have tried Zattoo i think it's not bad but this year i tried smartilptv.com the best one yet that we have ever had. Doesn't buffer, very reliable when watching something.
Don't have to worry that it will keep going off. Got so many different channels to choose from.
Got so much tv shows and the latest/old films. Customer service is the best like no other, they always their to help they put their customers first. Smartilptv have a WhatsApp group or you could message them privately. I would highly recommend 100%. Would definitely be purchasing every year.

I asked for help from Zattoo support on 21/07. Most of the channels were not coming up anymore. I use Zattoo mainly on my Fire TV 4k. As nothing was coming from these guys I experimented myself, for hours, reinstalled the app twice, changed the settings on the Fire TV 4k etc. etc. Nothing worked but I noticed that after an app update or the reinstallation of the app the new Terms of Use and Privacy Notice came up which I accepted twice. Each time the blocked channels problem happened. After the 2nd reinstallation I decided to reject the Terms and voila the app worked fine again. What nonsense is that?? If you reject a company's terms of use you would expect that you will be blocked from using their service. Not Zattoo though. Reject whatever notice they are sending you and you are good to go. Absolutely weird!!? Ah I forgot Zattoo came back to me only today. Surprise surprise...not with any product support. No they couldn't find the login email address of my account. Pathetic ;o(

I can’t make “delete” to my account.
I succeeded to make ultimate un-subscription but when I asked to delete my account, the website doesn’t allow me to delete my account (because of some active subscriptions that I never did!!!)
In order to be sure of their following step after sending many e-Mails explaining what is happening, I will feedback review afterwards to all of you in order to know what will be waiting for you too.

AUTO-RENEWAL without informing you. AVOID.

Zattoo works reliably well on my desktop computer, in the browser, the free offer at standard resolution 3000 kbps 768x432 25 f/s. My computer is connected, via HDMI, to the TV. I would recommend this setup to everybody who wants to take advantage of Zattoo's service.

Other people complain about Zattoo, with the app apparently installed directly on their TVs. I generally would not recommend this setup. If you want to watch live TV using Zattoo, use a computer.

Update 16 July 2021: Zattoo also works well on Android, using Firefox Nightly - on my mid-range Samsung phone (from 2019) and my mid-range Samsung tablet (from 2018). Zattoo's interface is as snappy and responsive as on a desktop computer.
